Triage system is a process that is critical to the effective management of modern emergency departments. The triage systems aim not only to provide a fair clinical evaluation for the sick, injured and poisoned children, but also to provide a good effective approach to the organization, monitoring and evaluation of emergency medical care in the pediatric emergency departments over the past 20 years in the world and in Europe, triage systems have been standardized in a number of countries and are making efforts to ensure sustainability of compulsory implementation.
