Implementation of E-Government as a Public Service Innovation in Indonesia

E-Government implementation is the use of technology, information, and communication to realize more efficient and effective government practices in the process of implementing public services in order to facilitate public access to information and create principles of accountability, transparency and good public participation in the Indonesian government. This study aims to explain the implementation of E-Government in Indonesia which encourages the development of information and data systems and is adapted to existing bureaucratic processes. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The results showed that public service innovation organized by the government of the Republic of Indonesia was able to create relationships between elements in a country online, not inline, so that efficiency and speed in public services was not only a symbol but a reality.

Implementing E-Public Service in North Sumatera: Prospects and Challenges

This article explores the implementation of e-public service in Binjai city in North Sumatra by focusing on both the contributions of integrating ICT in public service delivery and institutional challenges facing the government of Binjai city in improving the quality of public service delivery in Binjei city. It demonstrates the gap between the disposition of implementers and the provision of infrastructure, knowledge and capacity have significantly obstructed the achivement of local government in implementing various electronic based service delivery programs. It recommends that intensive dissemination of information on the goals and processes of e-Musrenbang to all segments of the community is urgently required.

Innovation of Dokter Kependudukan Online (dr. KePO) in Improving Local Governance System in Gresik District, East Java Province

The study is about the innovation of Dokter Kependudukan Online (Dr.KePO) in improving local governance in Gresik district, East Java province. This study was motivated by the existence of a new paradigm in local government services at the village level. The aims of this study were to improve the performance of local government administration. This study uses a qualitative method. Triangulation of data sources was to explore the truth of certain information through various methods and sources of data collection. Participant observation, written documents, archives, historical documents, official records, personal notes or writings and pictures to produce different evidence or data. While data processing, researchers performed data reduction. The reason for choosing this method because this study was a contemporary social event or phenomenon. With this method, researchers can make observations and in-depth interviews with careful subjects. The results obtained in this study were that the regional government of Gresik district has carried out several social interventions to improve services to the community from city to rural levels. Local government intervention in this context was Department Demography and Civil Registration which directs the creation of innovation in facilitating population administration management services and civil registration.

Digital Innovation of Banyuwangi Government in Encouraging Improvement of Public Services and Social Development

Developing countries are starting to compete to improve their social welfare through innovation. Meanwhile, at the regional level, Policy Reform is also implemented in Indonesia to build a digital society and public services. This study aims to analyze innovation policies that can adapt to changes in public services and development and analyze the construction of organizational culture in Banyuwangi Regency in supporting changes in public services and development. The approach used in this research is qualitative. Data processing results are interpreted using the type of social policy research. The research location is in the regional command of Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province, Republic of Indonesia. This study showed that the regional government issued a public service policy by developing a digital ecosystem called Smart Kampung. Smart Kampung is an integrated village development program that combines fiber optic-based ICT, productive economic activities, creative economic activities, health-education improvement, and poverty alleviation efforts. The parties involved in developing the smart kampung program, namely the government, support this program; the leadership factor and the provision of regulations are the main keys in implementing the program, as well as the involvement of the private sector and the community in social development.

Elements and success factors of the electronic-based public service to the active role of the community in the Lukadesi Program in Wukirsari village government

This article intends to provide an overview of public services in the digital era. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this study discusses how the importance of building public trust, which in addition to interacting directly or indirectly through social media. Therefore, electronic-based public services are only a medium to bring information closer to the public, but then cannot be linear in encouraging public participation. The results of the study show that public services that prioritize public use will build trust in the community. This can be seen from the data that there is an increasing trend in community participation, namely 11% in 2013, 18% in 2014, 81% in 2015, 92% in 2016, and 91% in 2017 because of service innovations electronic-based public services in the form of citing death or lukadesi certificates that began in 2012. The trend of an increase in community participation is due to the emergence of the active role of the community in accessing the lukadesi program. Furthermore, increasing community participation is caused by the opportunity to utilize electronic-based public services, as well as the willingness and ability of the government to benefit from this electronic-based public service. Meanwhile, this research was conducted at the Wukirsari Village Government, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The recommendations of this study are the importance of the government's ability to present benefits in public service innovation in the digital era, and the need for adjustments to public service innovations towards local wisdom that exist in society in the digital era.

Implementation Of E-Government In Kelurahan Of Tanjungpinang City (Study on SIMDA BMD application

—E-government is the utilization of information technology used to speed up the implementation of the government in improving the accessibility of the data presented in a timely, accurate urban villages for employees without requiring any intermediary information systems, the implementation of applications e-government of urban villages in Tanjungpinang use a type G2G (government-to-government), where this type have a need to interact between one government and other Governments in order to increase of cooperation and work processes Relating SIMDA BMD (Management Information System Regional Property). This study aims to look at the implementation and inhibiting factors in the application of e-government in Tanjungpinang urban villages. Researchers used qualitative research methods. The Data collected in this study uses interviews. The results Showed that there were already base of implementation e-government in Sub Tanjungpinang through the application of SIMDA BMD applications (Management Information System Regional Property). In general, the implementation of applications e-government of urban village is optimal, it is seen from the villages helped in facilitating good clerks Administration of procurement, procurement planning in Sub Tanjungpinang. In the application of operating BMD SIMDA there are constraints of the which the export menu inpor the data can not be used Because the application is still offline.

Integrated Digital Public Service Transformation: A Government Main Application in Makassar City

Integrated digitization services are efforts to develop public services by utilizing information and communication technologies in an integrated manner. This study aims to analyze how the government of Makassar City adopts a digital approach to maximize public services. This study relies on Online Research Methods (ORMs) to collect data and information via the Internet and other digital technologies. The ORMs in this study include the results of the data retrieval available from the official website and the application of the Makassar City government (Anrong). The findings indicate that the government has adapted to implement integrated web-based services and applications that make it easier for citizens to access information and public services online. The transformation of integrated digital public services promises great benefits to society and the government, but its implementation also has challenges and obstacles that must be overcome. The perfection of the three elements of process, support, capacity, and value, results in an imbalance because the support element does not yet have the legal force of the mayor's regulation, but the success of the capacity element shows the activeness of the two websites and mobile apps. Some commonly found challenges are infrastructure and technology problems, limited human resources, changes in organizational culture, data security and privacy, and the level of community participation.

Effectiveness of Service in Realizing E-Government Pangke Village Office West Meral District Karimun Regency

This research was motivated by the ineffectiveness of services at the Pangke Village Office of West Meral District of Karimun Regency. Lack of Human Resources (HR) and lack of skills make service activities slow. So that the community as a recipient of the service feels dissatisfied and the community wants an easy, fast and cost-effective service. This research aims to find out how effective Pangke village office services are and what are the obstacles in the application of service effectiveness. The data was collected using field observations, unstructured interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study is a qualitative data analysis method. This research uses theories developed by Siagian regarding time factors, accuracy factors and service-giving style factors. The results of research on the Effectiveness of Services in Realizing E-Government Pangke Village Office of West Meral District karimun can be said to be "Quite Good". The constraints in the effectiveness of services in realizing E-Government Pangke Village Office of West Meral District of Karimun Regency are due to the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure in the running of services. Then the lack of human resources, human resources that are less reliable, less creative, less skilled and less insightful in the provision of services to the community.

Expert opinion on the implementation of e-government efforts to improve village apparatus performance in Indonesia

This article was to understand the implementation of review techniques, which means understanding electronic applications from top to bottom, accompanied by efforts to carry out open administration by city authorities regarding the potential for open doors and doors in Indonesia. This study focuses on optional information as a distribution that has been distributed between 2010 and 2022, considering the development of gadgets, especially the web, lately has become an outstanding issue to examine efforts to build an understanding of American public administration, especially in the network-the country in a time that is currently full of innovation. After getting the development of information and writing related to the factors of this review, the authors scrutinized it with the framework of coding information, top-down assessment, and decoding information to get a high level of importance to note the problem; based on the presentation of the results and discussion. We can conclude that using applications to increase village operators in public services has helped provide practically dynamic and transparent services. 1660 Therefore village officials must improve their human resources so that technology-based services can be carried out better.

The Effectiveness Of Public Services Through E-Government In Makassar City

The purpose of this research to examine and analyze the effectiveness of public services through the application of Government Electronic systems (e-government) this type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used is observation, interviews, and documents. The results showed that in general, the implementation of e-government in the Makassar city was considered good enough and had a positive influence on improving the effectiveness of public services for the people of Makassar city. Supporting factors that support the implementation of e-government are in addition to the support of human resources that manage e-government is getting better, the political will of the city government, especially the mayor, is very supportive of the implementation of e-government.
