Graphis flavopalmicola is described as a new lichenized fungus from Jeju Island (South Korea). It is characterized by smooth, whitish-gray, UV+ pale yellow thallus (lichexanthone), unbranched to irregularly branched lirellae; completely carbonized exciple, and transversely 5-9-septate ascospores.
