Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Tradisi Nyangkreb adalah suatu tradisi menjelang panen padi yang dimaksudkan sebagai bentuk penghormatan pada Dewi Sri yang merupakan Dewi Padi dan asal mula tumbuh-tumbuhan. Tradisi ini sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur atas hasil panen yang telah diperoleh, tradisi ini juga sebagai doa keselamatan agar mendapat hasil yang lebih baik di masa yang akan datang. Prosesi ini dilakukan oleh seorang punduh biasanya dilakukan pada sore hari pada pukul 3 atau 4 sore. Para petani menyediakan beberapa syarat-syarat atau sesaji untuk acara Nyangkreb tersebut. This article aims to examine the ritual of Nyewu as a tradition of society that is usually held by most areas in Java. In the society of Jiwan village, there are three dominant community groups, namely Priyayi, Abangan and Tengahan. The last group (Tengahan) is a group of Islamic boarding school who also continue to carry out ancestral traditions as an awareness of the sense of their belonging to Javanese culture. Tengahan group as a community of Mujahadah Sapu Jagad Congregation conducted Nyewu tradition although there is a distinguishing characteristic and also there is subtle contestation with the Priyayi and Abangan groups. In the situation of this subtle contestation, the community of Mujahadah Sapu Jagad Congregation makes a compromise and tolerance regarding the implementation of Nyewu tradition. They received an advice from the Priyayi and Abangan groups in Jiwan village in order to keep Nyewu tradition according to the rules that has been applied very long time ago. The community also performs modifications related to the meaning of Ubo Rampe symbols in the Nyewu tradition. The privilege is on the addition of activities that are previously not existed in the series of Nyewu tradition; it is called as Tahlil Pitung Leksan. The belief that becomes the basis of compromise and tolerance performed by Mujahadah Sapu Jagad Congregation community associated with the contestation of Nyewu tradition is the majority value of Sunni believers in Indonesia based on the religious values or religious means according to the view of Aswaja or ahlusunnah waljamaah.

Traditions are unique and systemic in shaping children's character worthy of being a research study. This unique trend is in Bedulu Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. There is a tradition of ritual at Samuan Tiga Temple which is called the Ngambeng tradition. The Ngambeng tradition is a form of ceremony with the aim of providing character education and education to elementary school children in getting ritual facilities such as bananas, leaves, jackfruit, papaya, coconut, young coconut that has a little or does not have flesh fruit yet (klungah), sugar cane, chicken, duck, etc. This research is a qualitative field research which analyzes the functional approach. What is unique is that the Ngambeng tradition is carried out spontaneously by elementary school children to prepare the ceremonial facilities for fifteen days before the Dewa Yajna ceremony is held at Samuan Tiga temple when Ngambeng is held without coercion and without being coordinated either by parents or by agencies on local customs. The Ngambeng tradition is also considered to be the most important activity for obtaining safety, because of that the village community is as if bound by an obligation to participate in the implementation of this tradition. Tradi unik ini ada di Desa Bedulu Kecamatan Blahbatuh, Kabupaten Gianyar. Tradisi ada saat piodalan di Pura Samuan Tiga yang disebut dengan tradisi Ngambeng. Tradisi Ngambeng adalah satu bentuk perwujudan upacara dengan tujuan memberikan pendidikan budi pekerti dan pendidikan pada anak-anak usia sekolah dasar (SD) dalam mendapatkan sarana upakara seperti, pisang, daun, nangka, pepaya, kelapa, klungah, tebu, ayam, itik, dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan yang menganalisis dengan pendekatan fungsional. Uniknya adalah Tradisi Ngambeng dilaksanakan secara spontan oeh anak-anak usia sekolah dasar (SD) untuk mempersiapkan sarana upacara selama lima belas hari sebelum dilaksanakan upacara Dewa Yajna di pura Samuan Tiga ketika pelaksanaan Ngambeng tanpa unsur paksaan dan tanpa dikoordinir baik oleh orang tua maupun oleh prajuru adat setempat. Tradisi Ngambeng juga dianggap suatu kegiatan yang paling pokok untuk memperoleh keselamatan, karena itulah masyarakat desa seolah-olah diikat oleh suatu kewajiban untuk ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan tradisi tersebut. Timbulah suatu kepercayaan bahwa tradisi ini harus tetap dilaksanakan.

The tradition of megibung (eating together) has existed since the Karangasem kingdom in Lombok under the leadership of I Gusti Anglurah Ketut Karagasem. This tradition is still carried out in the community, usually related to the implementation of the pañca yajña, but lately it has rarely been carried out because there has been a shift with the buffet system which is considered more economical. Apart from being efficient, this is due to the lack of understanding of the younger generation about the meaning contained in the megibung tradition. This study aims to determine how the nigol tradition at pepadun culture marriage in Kampung Cugah Kecamatan Baradatu Kabupaten Way Kanan , which use descriptive research method. The datas is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Collected data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The study state that nigol tradition at pepadun culture marriage have three kinds process. The first is preparation, the second is implementation dan the finally is completion.
