The major purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of teacher's behaviour on the academic achievement of the college students in Jammu. The main objectives of the study were (i) to highlight the present status of colleges in Jammu, (ii) to investigate the behaviour of the college teachers in Jammu (iii) to examine the academic achievement of the college students as a result of teacher's behaviour (iv) to highlight the causes which affect academic achievement of the college students (v) to sort out the relationship between the teacher's behaviour and academic achievement (vi) to recommend strategies for the improvement of teachers behaviour. All the working college teachers along with the students of colleges were the population of this study. A random sampling technique was used for selection of the sample. Public colleges were included in the sample, further teachers and students from each college were also randomly selected as the sample of the study. Teacher's behavior plays a vital role in academic achievement. A teacher's behavior can affect student's capacity to learn as well as others students' learning environment. Teachers are the role models for their students and their behavior meaningfully influence students' personal and academic life. Keeping in view the significant influence of teachers on the students' academic achievement, the study aimed to investigate the influence of teachers' behavior on students' academic achievement at affiliated campuses. This article explores the correlation between teachers' actions, methods, attitudes, and behaviors in the academic setting and how they impact students' academic performance and achievement. It delves into the importance of teacher-student interactions, instructional strategies, feedback mechanisms, and classroom management techniques in shaping students' learning outcomes. This research article discusses the Influence of Teachers' Behavior on Students Academic Achievement of Higher Level. The respondents were the teachers and students were associated to the campuses affiliated to Tribhuvan University. From the 15 public colleges, 60 teachers and 600 students from five departments were selected as a sample. Two questionnaires were developed and validated through pilot testing and administered to the sample for the collection of data. The researcher personally visited the respondents, thus 100% data were collected. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed by using chi-square and Pearson's product moment coefficient of correlation (r). The major conclusions of the study were that teachers felt proud to be teachers; they adjusted themselves with the prevailing situation and circumstances, and they used different motivational techniques for teaching. Students were found to be satisfied with the positive behavior of their teachers. The relationship between the teachers' behavior and corresponding academic achievement (marks) revealed a highly positive significant correlation
The purpose of the study is to examine the perception of the undergraduate students towards their teachers. Every teacher is a society maker by providing proper knowledge to their students. Students are highly motivated by their teachers' teaching with external and internal behaviour. Every student gives respect to all the teachers not only for teaching but also for being a good idle man. For making the decision, the variable descriptive statistics, Correlation for identifying the factor that highly influences Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test for sampling adequacy and Bartlett's Sphericity test for findings relationship among variables have been tested. This research paper is fully based on primary data and non-probability random sampling technique has been used for collecting data. The data have been collected from Daffodil International University and the sample size was 293. For making questionnaire Likert scale has been used. Out of 13 teachers' characteristics, it has been found that 5 factors highly affected students' perception. The major finding is teachers' parental behaviour significantly affects students' perception. So it is very important that teachers need training to show good behaviour towards their students.

This study was designed to find out the effect on a student's personality and his/her academic career or achievement due to a teacher's behaviour and attitude. The main purpose of this paper is to focus on the major issues related to teachers' behaviour, to study the factors affecting students' personalities, academic achievement, and careers, and then to recommend suggestions for handling these problems effectively. It is very important to find out the characteristics and significance of teachers' behaviour and its effect on the academic achievement and personality of students. Therefore, teachers' positive behaviour and interaction with students play a critical role in strengthening the potential required for better academic achievement and personality development of students. Hence, the purpose of the study was to examine the effect on students' academic achievement and personality as a result of the teacher's behaviour.
ATTITUDE OF HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOLS' TEACHERS
The teacher is focused in the classroom not only to create a special relationship only with the class as a whole but also with the individual children. Children obey the command of teacher because they accept their teacher as a role model under whose control they need to be taken care of. Teachers are role models for their students since students are copying their teachers. Every aspects of teachers' behaviour is being closely monitored by the students as teacher becomes a cardinal beacons to them. However, a very few teachers are aware about their pitfalls in dealing with the tender some students who are supposed to be path breaker instead they are lurching towards their personality .In this study, researcher has undertaken survey of male and female teachers of higher secondary schools in Raebareli district of Uttar Pradesh. Teacher Attitude Inventory of Dr. S.P. Ahluwalia was given to randomly selected teachers. Findings indicate that both male and female teachers have almost similar and positive attitude for their profession.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of Students-Teachers Relationship on students; academic achievements at Secondary level in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Population of the study was comprised of all the teachers and students of Government secondary schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. All the teachers and students of Govt: secondary schools of Southern districts was comprised the target population of the study. The sample of the study was consisted of 300 (150 teachers & 150 students) respondents. The researcher selected the respondents through simple random sampling technique. The collected data were entered in SPSS-17 for analysis. that teachers seem to be agreeing while students seem to be less agreeing with the statement " teacher demonstrates personal knowledge to the students ". However moderate significant differences were found between teacher and students views. regarding the statement. There is significant correlation between students " marks and availability dimension, while there is slight correlation between students " marks and connectivity, communication and total score dimensions.There is significant correlation between connectivity , availability, communication and total score, while there is low correlation between connectivity and communication, moderate correlation between connectivity and availability and high correlation between connectivity and total score.
IMPACT OF TEACHER PERSONALITY ON THE ACADEMICS OF THE STUDENTS
An interrogative study was conducted with the purpose to evaluate the impact of teacher personality on student's academic performance. In this regard, structured and pre-tested professional attitude scale (PAS) was designed to include demographics, socioeconomic aspects and to set research objectives. The target population was the students of sports sciences and physical education studying in different universities of Pakistan. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS-20) was used for the analysis of data. Regression as Statistical tool used for the purpose to evaluate the impact of teacher personality on the academic performance of the students. After analysis it was found that the personality of teacher is among the key components of teacher's professional attitude affecting significantly on the academic performance of the students.
ANALYSIS OF THE ATTITUDE OF TEACHERS TOWARDS THEIR PROFESSION AND ITS IMPACT ON STUDENTS' LEARNING

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the attitude of teachers towards their profession and its impact on students' learning. A questionnaire based on 5-points Likert Scale was developed to collect primary data from 1000 teachers, 500 each female and female from different male and female schools of District Sahiwal. Our findings show that professionalism was found more among female teachers than male at primary school level. It was also noted that negative attitude and punishment have affected the performance of students. Moreover, the teachers having high and professional relevant qualifications were found to be more dedicated to teaching as compared to those having low or non-professional qualifications. It is recommended that female teachers' pay scales may be raised on the basis of their performance and they may be posted at adjacent areas of their homes.
