ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ДИСТАНЦІЙНОГО НАВЧАННЯ В ОСВІТНІЙ ПРОЦЕС ЗАКЛАДІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ

The article is devoted to the organization of the learning process using distance learning, an analysis of the main types and models of distance learning is given, and the differences between distance learning and traditional learning are shown. It is shown that the effectiveness of distance education is determined by the use of pedagogical technologies that are the basis of education. Specialists in strategic issues of education call the distance form of education the educational system of the 21st century. The relevance of the topic of distance learning lies in the fact that the results of social progress, which were previously concentrated in the field of technology, are today concentrated in the information field. The stage of its development can now be characterized as telecommunication. Today, the distance form of education makes it possible to create systems of mass continuous selflearning, general exchange of information regardless of time and space. The distance learning system allows you to acquire the necessary skills and new knowledge with the help of a personal computer (PC) and access to the Internet. The location of the PC does not matter, so you can study at home, at work, in an online class of one of the distance learning centers, as well as in any other place where there is a PC with an Internet connection. This is the most important advantage of distance learning over traditional forms. Like any form of education, distance learning has a certain component composition: goals determined by the social order for all forms of education; content, also largely determined by current programs for a specific type of educational institution, methods, organizational forms, teaching aids. The last three components in distance education are determined by the specifics of the technological basis used (for example, only computer telecommunications, computer telecommunications in combination with printed media, CDs, so-called case technology, etc.). It was concluded that distance education can be considered as an independent form of education for the implementation of continuous education.
