Control of Equipment for Incremental Forming Using a Laser Tracker

Journal of Dynamics and Vibroacoustics

The technological equipment geometry control has a significant impact on the overall quality and performance of the product in many manufacturing processes such as multi-position assembly and stamping as well as on productivity and production costs. One of the most promising means of technology equipment geometry control in the digital economy condition is a laser tracker. The robotic incremental sheet forming process assumes the necessary flexibility and profitability due to a very flexible tool chain. In this case, the trajectory of the universal tool is set using a processing program determined by the product geometry. The technological equipment geometry control of the robotic complex for incremental sheet forming was carried out in 2 stages. At the first stage, the measurements were carried out manually in the absolute range measuring system mode. At the second stage, a dynamic measurement of the blank plane displacement was carried out automatically in the interferometer mode ...

Н. Тихомиров, А.П. Окладников "There is no end to possibilities, there is a great future here": the visiting session of the Department of Historical Sciences of the uSSR Academy of Sciences in vladivostok (1956). OLGA P. ELANTSEVA, SVETLANA V. PLOKHIKH, ZINAIDA A. KOVALEVA (Far Eastern Federal University) The article deals with the history of organization and conducting of the joint visiting session of the Department of Historical Sciences (USSR Academy of Sciences) and the Far Eastern Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences in Vladivostok in 1956. This important event became both an example of intensifying attention to the development of historical research in the Soviet Far East and a solid factor contributing to its successful development. The article is based on the study of a variety of public and private documents, and press.

Наблюдение лазерной искры на скачке уплотнения в газоструйной мишени

Pisʹma v Žurnal tehničeskoj fiziki, 2019

Use of laser scanning to estimate dynamics of abrasive-landslide processes in coastal zone of Sevastopol

InterCarto. InterGIS, 2020

The article presents the results of a long-term study of hazardous environmental processes on the Sevastopol coast. Laser scanning allows estimating with high accuracy the natural and anthropogenic dynamics of Sevastopol coast that differ in the concentration of various exogenous processes in relatively small areas and pose a threat to the economic activities of the population. Using laser scanning (lidar shooting), key coastal sections were surveyed in the area of Nemetskaya gully and Uchkuevka beach, where landslide and abrasion processes are displaying. Ground laser survey was performed using a three-dimensional laser scanning system. It was carried out in July 2016, July 2017, July and October 2018. The study showed that the average rate of cliff destruction in the area of the Uchkuevka beach was 0.8 m/year. The maximum cliff destruction rate reached 4.6 m, which was observed in the local ten-meter section of the block slide. Because of terracing, an anthropogenic “cutout” about...

Improvement of the SIGMA-1 Measuring Complex for Studies of Langmuir Circulations and Surface Wave Breaking in the Black Sea

Ekologicheskaya bezopasnost' pribrezhnoy i shel'fovoy zon morya, 2021

The purpose of this article is to describe modernization of SIGMA-1 measuring complex. The modernization was performed to improve the quality of research of the wave breaking mechanisms and Langmuir circulations at the stationary oceanographic platform MHI. The article deals with the effects of natural oscillations of the device and changes in the housing position on the measured components of the flow velocity vector. The device natural oscillations are recorded by a position monitoring system consisting of a set of sensors: accelerometers and a magnetometer. A model study of permissible rotations and maximum tilt angles showed that in the absence of an angular velocity sensor, the uncorrected measured components of the flow velocity vector can differ significantly from the actual ones. To solve this problem, MPU-9250 module with an accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer was chosen; Arduino Nano was used as a microcontroller system. Based on the theory of calculating spatial ang...
