Artikel ini membentangkan nilai anggaran permintaan bagi lima kumpulan daging di Malaysia dari model AIDS (Almost Ideal Demand System). Versi model AIDS yang linear boleh dianggar dengan menggunakan perisian komputer komersial yang tersedia ada dan mempunyai beberapa sifat teori yang di ingini. Keputusan yang di perolehi menunjukkan bahawa keanjalan harga adalah negatif, mempunyai keertian statistik yang tinggi kecuali untuk daging ayam yang berada dilengkongan tidak anjal. Secara keseluruhan, keanjalan silang harga mempunyai kaitan yang positif. Permintaan untuk daging khindzir, ayam, kambing dan ikan didapati anjal terhadap perbelanjaan.
Analysis of Household Demand for Chicken Meat in Yogyakarta

One of the important food commodities in Indonesia is chicken meat. Approximately 79% of the entire Indonesian population consumes chicken meat for their daily consumption. This study was conducted in Yogyakarta which is a mini of Indonesia, where the population is heterogeneous, many migrants from all over Indonesia live there. An Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS) model is used to examine household behaviour in Yogyakarta using household social and economy survey data for the period of 2017. The empirical results indicate that estimated elasticity of chicken meat is found to be price inelastic. The study revealed that there is an inverse relationship between the household expenditure and the budget share of chicken meat, a direct relationship between the price of chicken meat and its budget share. The result can have important implications for maintaining the stability of price and availability of chicken meat in meeting the demand for chicken meat.
Analysis of Factors Affecting Demand for Cattle Meat in the City of Padang Sidempuan

The amount of beef consumption has fluctuated from year to year. The large amount of public consumption of beef is a reflection of the condition of public demand for beef, which is estimated to have a number of causes. The purpose of this study was to identify factors of beef price (X1), family income (X2), number of dependents (X3), price of chicken (X4), price of fish (X5), price of tofu / tempeh (X6) of meat demand in the city of Padang Sidempuan. The method of analysis is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. The sampling technique had 150 respondents. The results showed that the estimation results obtained a determination value (R2) of 0.666. Simultaneously, all independent variables had significant effect (P <0.05) on the amount of beef demand. The change in food consumption considered as one of the most prominent problems facing Egypt in the last 20 year. Change in the food pattern led to an increase in consumption from some food groups at rates higher than domestic production. This led to the widening of the food gap in some food groups. The problem of the study is the rise in the prices of production requirements for poultry as a result of the high exchange rate and consequently the consumer price was affected until he became unable to buy the poultry commodity that works to reduce the gap in animal protein for individuals in rural and urban areas. A cross-sectional survey to find out whether the food is a necessary commodity or a luxury commodity for the income groups in urban and rural areas. 200 questionnaire forms were collected for the income groups (less than 2000 pounds) (2000-6000 pounds) (more than 6000 pounds) using Google for text from. A study of the equations of the general time trend of the consumed quantity of poultry during the period (2005-2020) revealed that there is a statistically significant annual increase representing 4.1% of the average poultry production of about 1113 thousand tons, while the annual growth rate in poultry consumption represents about 4.96% of the average Of the domestic consumption of about 1518 thousand tons, while the annual rate of increase per person represents about 3.03% of the average per person per year of 14 kilograms. As for self-sufficiency, the annual rate decreases by about 0.92% of the average self-sufficiency rate of 95% for the average period. It was found from the results of the price elasticity's of demand that it is negative, that is, it reflects the inverse relationship between the quantity of poultry consumed and its price, and that it is greater than the correct one for the first category (individual income is less than 2000 Egyptian pounds), which means that the relative change in price is greater than the relative change in quantity, while it was found that the elasticity of demand The price per capita consumption of poultry for the second and third categories of individual income (2000-6000 EGP), (more than 6000 EGP) Less than the correct one, which indicates that the demand for the consumed quantity of poultry is inelastic. While the internal elasticity of demand for poultry shows that it is less than one, which means that demand is inelastic and that poultry is a necessary commodity for all groups in the urban and rural areas of the sample and that the sign is positive and this means that the poultry commodity is a normal commodity. Analysis of Factors Affecting Demand of Pork Consumption

Demand for pork consumption highly fluctuates and depends on many factors. Thus, the estimation and analysis of the factors affecting pork demand would contribute to stabilize the market for pork in particular and the whole market for consumption goods in general. The study used econometrics model and ANOVA analysis to analyze key factors affecting the demand for pork consumption in Vinh city, Nghe An province. Results showed that key factors such as price of pork meat, fish, and chicken, as well as real income of household have affected the demand for pork consumption. On the other hand, some factors such as price of beef, personal background of consumers (like source of income, age, gender, and current living place of household) do not have any effect on the demand (of pork). Animal Food Demand in Indonesian Rural: A Quadratic Almost Ideal Demand System Approach

It is estimated that the protein consumption in Indonesia will increase up to 90 % in 2030. The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of price, income, and socio-demographic variables on demand for animal food in rural households in Indonesia. The demand estimation is using a Quadratic Almost Ideal Demand System. The research used Susenas 2016 data from 131,975 households. The results of the study confirmed that animal food is elastic, except the eggs. Beef is more sensitive to the household income changing. The increasing of household income increase beef and milk consumption. When the price of beef increases, the household consume the other protein resource (chicken, fish, and eggs) as substitutions. DETERMINING FACTORS IN THE QUANTITY OF CHICKEN DEMANDED IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF MUATALA-CITY OF NAMPULA (DURING JUNE 25, 2022) (Atena Editora), 2023
This article aimed to analyze the determining factors in the quantity of chicken demanded, in the Muatala neighborhood (during June 25, 2022). It also focused on: i) identifying the determining factors in the quantity demanded of chicken by consumers in the same neighborhood, ii) presenting a univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis, iii) Relate the determining factors in the quantity of chicken demanded through a multiple regression model. The literature used throughout the study points out that the factors that determine the demand for a particular good are the consumer's income, the price of the good, the price of the substitute and complementary good and the habits and tastes of individuals. Therefore, in the present study, we resorted to the use of three factors that are extremely relevant to explain the demand for chicken (income, the price of chicken and the price of beef). Methodologically, this is an exploratory study that adopted an approach with quantitative characteristics and cross-sectional series data. Thus, the results found in the research were in accordance with the theory used in the research and the independent variables (consumer income, price of chicken and beef) included in the model are statistically significant and determining the quantity of chickens demanded, during the June 25, 2022 in individuals residing in the Muatala neighborhood in the city of Nampula.
A DEMAND ANALYSIS OF MEAT IN BHUTANESE HOUSEHOLDS
This paper derive estimates of factors affecting household demand for beef, chicken, and pork using ordinary least square method (ols). It used 4004 samples from the Bhutan Living Standard Survey (BLSS 2012) conducted by National Statistical Bureau (NSB) after five years. The first stage analysis shows descriptive statistics. The study found that 58.2% of household in Bhutan consume beef, 21.6% consume chicken, and 20.2% consume pork. Descriptive result shows household in Bhutan prefer beef among meat products. Urban household consume more meat than the rural household. The coefficient of estimated values revealed that meats are price inelastic, meaning household are very sensitive to change in prices of meat. For instance, 1% change in the price of beef, chicken, and pork will result in-0.18,-0.0942, and-0.1249 reduction in quantity demanded respectively. Cross price elasticities indicates that pork and beef are complementary where as chicken is substitute for both meat. The result revealed that beef, chicken, and pork are normal goods.
Factors Affecting Meat and Meat Products Consumption Quantities in Sanliurfa Province

In this paper, a two-stage decision choice modeling was used to estimate red and white meat consumption demand patterns in Sanliurfa city. The conducted tests reveal that a two-stage Cragg model is deemed appropriate than a single Tobit model which assumes the decision to purchase meat to be the same as the decision for the quantity consumed. Most of household demographic variables play important role in determining meat consumption pattern as economic factors play. The demand for red meat is elastic with respect to total food expenditure, the age of household head and household size, while the demand for white meat was not elastic with any of variables used in the model.
