In the realm of public administration, the effective implementation of government policies and programs is of paramount importance for achieving desired societal outcomes. This research aims to critically evaluate the implementation processes and assess the outcomes of various government policies and programs within the domain of public administration in Jordan. By shedding light on the efficacy of these initiatives, our study seeks to contribute to the improvement of public governance and decision-making. Through a comprehensive literature review, we analyze existing research and theoretical frameworks pertaining to government policies and programs. The review identifies gaps in the literature, laying the groundwork for our investigation. Employing a mixed-methods approach, we gather data through surveys, interviews, and case studies to assess the experiences of both administrators and recipients of these policies and programs.
