This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, work environment, and motivation have on the performance of PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo employees during The Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study amounted to 100 people, while in determining the sample used The Slovin's Formula with a 5% sample which obtained a sample of 80 employees. This research was conducted from November 2020 to April 2021. The data were collected using quantitative methods and the analysis used was the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 for windows. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that: hypothesis testing, The F-count is 34,636. In comparison, The F-table is 2.72, which means F-count > F-table. The present paper presents the results of a research in the insurance field regarding the preference of the managers for a certain type of working mode: work totally remote, totally from the office or hybrid work, based on the quality of cooperation with others and the motivation and performance of the people. In this study, we give a different view that shows how this Coronavirus affects our personal and professional lives, and how HRM (human resource management) helps their employees during this complete lockdown situation. This study is divided into three parts, the first part that shows how Coronavirus creates an opportunity for all the employees by doing their work through a digital platform or we can say that through work from home, second part show what are the challenges faced by the employees during this pandemic, and the third part is how HRM help their employees to overcome their stress as well growth of the organization. In this study, we tried to examine all the aspects during this (COVID-19) pandemic situation, also how HRM plays their role to overcome the employees stress and to balance continence in work through this entire pandemic situation.

Leaders are coping with multiple challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic and both individual and organizational resilience are critical to successfully manage this turbulent change. This qualitative study employed focus groups and online surveys to explore 25 directors’ and managers’ experience coping with the pandemic, along with organizational supports and resources, in three mental health/addiction agencies in Canada. Thematic data analysis revealed multiple individual and organizational challenges and opportunities, resilience factors, and supports. These results expand empirical research on resilience factors during turbulent change and are relevant for leaders coping with future crises.
