Organizations are required to create quality human resources and superior, so that good performance in the work will be achieved and then also can achieve high levels of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a positive feeling about work that arises based on an assessment of the work situation. Employee job satisfaction is one of many aspects that need to be considered in an effort to improve the human resource capabilities of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, communication, and job stress on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. PPILN Bali Area. The population of this study is 50 employees with saturated sampling method. In this study data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires using Likert scale measurement method.
