Based on research in the MSME sector in Indonesia experienced the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The successive impacts are declining sales, capital difficulties, product distribution barriers, and raw material difficulties. The government has issued :p of social assistance to poor and vulnerable MSMEs, (b) tax incentives for MSMEs; relaxation and restructuring of credit for MSMEs; expansion of working capital financing of MSMEs; placing ministries, state-owned enterprises and local governments as buffers for MSME products; and e-learning Training. To support government policy, several short-term strategies and long-term strategies need to be considered by the government and encourage government collaboration with corporations in empowering MSMEs.
IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC FOR MSMEs IN EFFORTS TO INCREASE INCOME

The purpose of this research is to directly find out that there is a COVID-19 outbreak that has a much bigger impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in an effort to increase income. This research was conducted in Pasar Rentra Village, Mimika Baru District, Mimika Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method as well as data or information collection techniques in the form of ongoing interviews with 10 informants who have the profession of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as representatives of MSMEs in the Mimika Baru District Rentra Market. The results found in this research are regarding the spread of the existing COVID-19, so that it will directly have a very significant impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The impact is grouped into several parts, including: (a) income has decreased drastically; (b) lack of consumers; and (c) raw material prices have increased. Therefore, it is necessary for MSMEs to be able to sell online, open a side business, provide good service, and pay attention to the quality of the goods to be sold.

This article describes the families' welfare of street vendors during the COVID-19 pandemic and the differences experienced by street vendors from before the COVID-19 pandemic, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the recovery period. This research is expected to provide an overview to the government regarding society during a pandemic provide input and reference in making policies and programs for the community to increase development. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and observation. The results of this study illustrate the welfare of that street vendors' families is disrupted, especially in the economic, social and psychological aspects. These aspects are interrelated, triggered by regulationsprohibiting street vendors from trade.There are restrictions on trading time, and an inability to socialize appropriately, so sadness and disappointment come when they cannot met their families need. The differences in welfare are very clear. Before the pandemic, people had a certain income. During the pandemic, street vendors had uncertain income, and there was a time they had no income at all. During the transition period, people began to wake up, and the situation gradually improved, but their economic situation had not recovered to how it was before the COVID-19 pandemic.

The research object is the MSME unit in Bandar Lampung City, especially MSME banana chips. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis with SWOT analysis. In an uncertain economic situation like now, the MSME's sector is still believed to be a supporting force for the national economy. They are said to be the cogs of the Indonesian economy. In fact, this sector is said to have contributed greatly to the development and growth of this country. From the above description, it must be admitted that the MSME's sector has indeed become a mainstay in absorbing labor, substituting for consumption, or semi-finished products. Naturally, if the government is very concerned about ensuring that micro and small businesses continue to run and get stronger even in uncertain economic conditions. To support MSME's to become economic drivers, the government has planned to issue a stimulus for MSME's. With the stimulus, it is hoped that it will encourage the growth of competitive MSMEs during pandemic Covid-19 by cash fund transferred who called " BLT" in Indonesia means "Bantuan Langsung Tunai" a cash transfer direct to MSME's sector, the problem is the threat above the stimulus given are the spreading of covid-19 virus that haunted among BLT receiver, the system that not supported the covid-19 handling, a thousand BLT receiver are gathered in every city in Indonesia, the question is are this effective in empowering SME's, or become a threat to their lives? The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the global economy, including Indonesia. The main victims of the COVID-19 outbreak are micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This article aims to examine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSMEs and provide recommendations that can be done to reduce business losses, survive the crisis and accelerate recovery. MSMEs were negatively affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of sales, income, profits, and cash flow of business owners. MSME actors must adapt by reducing production, and reducing the number/hour of employees. More than that, product quality improvement and market expansion are important things to do. The majority of MSMEs (82.9%) in Indonesia have been negatively affected by this pandemic. Various policy recommendations were put forward to reduce the bad impact of the outbreak on MSMEs.

The Indonesian economy has been severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact of the pandemic on the performance of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) is important to study as they contribute up to 35% to the National Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Indonesia. Therefore, this study was conducted to map the performance of MSMEs in the Deli Serdang Regency of Indonesia and recommend strategies for increasing their competitiveness during and after the pandemic. The study included MSMEs from three sub-districts of Deli Serdang Regency (Pantai Labu, Percut Sei, and Tuan and Hamparan Perak) that had managed to survive the pandemic.
