Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang bagaimana PerananBimbingan dan Konseling dalam membantu mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa di SekolahMenengah Umum Negeri 38 Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dan sumber datadalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wali kelas, guru pembimbing, dan siswakelas XII- IPA I yang berjumlah 38.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahangket, wawancara dan observasi. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah perananbimbimgan dan konseling dalam membantu mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa di SekolahMenengah Umum Negeri 38 Jakarta dalam kategori baik.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, kesulitan belajar, sekolah menengah umum

The aim of this study is to find out about the role of guiding and counseling teacher in overcoming the learning difficulties at M.Ts. Ar-Rahmah East Jakarta. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Source of the data are headmaster, guiding and counseling teacher, and 70 students of 7 grade. Instruments used in this study are questionnaire, interview guidelines, and observation guidelines.The findings show that the role of guiding and counseling teacher in helping and overcoming the learning difficulties of students of M.Ts. The Objective of this research is to determine the role of teachers in counseling guidance dealing with students who are victims by risak at SMA Negeri 4 Palu. This research is classified as qualitative research, and the data were described both in written and spoken. This research was conducted in order to see the role of counseling guidance teacher in overcoming the risak victims at SMA Negeri 4 Palu. Furthermore, the data collection methods used in this reasearch are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study was conducted to check the validity of the data using trigulation techniques.

This research was started from the presence of some students that had difficulties in learning and had learning outcomes under minimum criteria and there was symptoms that teacher’s guidance counselling and subject teacher had less contribution to help students overcome in learning difficulties. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran BK (Bimbingan Konseling) dalam memotivasi siswa masuk kuliah melalui Program Bidikmisi, juga mengetahui metode pendampingan sehingga dapat diterima di perguruan tinggi, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sedangkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumen dan wawancara, berlokasi di SMA Takhassus al-Qur’an Bonang Demak, Sumber data berasal dari data primer, data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BK mampu motivasi siswa untuk kuliah, Mampu memotivasi orang tua sehingga memberi support kepada anak untuk kuliah melalui program Bidikmisi, peran BK berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan siswa diterima kuliah. Adapun faktor yang mendukung; orang tua memotivasi anaknya setelah mendapat penjelasan, sekolah memberi fasilitas bimbingan teknis, sehingga memiliki motivasi kuat untuk kuliah. BK memberikan pendampingan kepada siswa dan orang tua sejak kelas X sampai kelas XII.

Peran Guru Bimbingan Konseling Mengatasi Kenakalan Remaja di Sekolah

Masa remaja seringkali dihubungkan dengan penyimpangan dan ketidakwajaran. Kenakalan remaja merupakan suatu tindakan atau bentuk gejala patologis sosial yang disebabkan oleh satu bentuk pengabaian sosial. Akibatnya para remaja mengembangkan bentuk perilaku yang menyimpang. Kenakalan remaja disebabkan oleh adanya perubahan pada pribadi remaja, hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya usaha remaja untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepribadiannya. Remaja yang melakukan perbuatan nakal memerlukan perhatian bukan cacian ditimpakan pada mereka. Guru BK mempunyai peran yang sangat penting untuk menangani masalah kenakalan remaja yang terjadi di sekolah.
