2017

It was reported that there was a significant correlation between extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness and teachers' job satisfaction, while there was a negative correlation between neuroticism and teachers' job satisfaction [7]. It is also found that, extraversion and agreeableness were are related with the motivation of choosing teaching career among prospective teachers [8]. Uluga et. al. [9] showed that teachers' positive attitudes had positive effects on students' performance and personality developments, negative attitudes had a negative effect on both the performance levels and personality development of students. Alibakhshi [10] indicated that personality had significant impacts on teachers' teaching activities preferences and gender had significant influence on teaching activities in terms of personality traits. About 110 participants from this institution were surveyed using a quantitative questionnaire, and their data were gathered. Throughout the study, the data were examined utilizing multiple regression analysis and factor analysis. According to the study's findings, conscientiousness, and openness to experience significantly positively affect job performance. However, it was determined that extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism were not statistically significant and had no connection to job performance. As a result, in this institution, openness to experience is the most essential predictor of job performance.
