This study aims to apply this stmcture to pol 正 shing tooL Silica particles of 1pm diameter were assembled along spiral pattern and then transferred on a glass p 直 ate using phenolio resin . The tool was pressed against another glass plate while applying rotational motion to carly out machining test , Smooth grooves were observed on the wQrkip 正 ece after the machining test though even engagement was not obtained .
