Numerous research studies have established clear links between a positive state of mind and good physical health. There are many other studies that suggest deliberately cultivating a positive state of mind can help fight off ill health. Objective:-The purpose of this investigation was to Comparison of Health Related Life Style among Different Indian Professions in Relation to nutritional Assessment. Method:-800 males of MP were selected randomly as a subject of study. The age of the subjects were ranged from 30-40 years. Subjects were from different professions each group has 1 subjects. All the contents related to life style were assessed by using life style assessment inventory (LSAI). Results:-ANOVA was used to reveal the significance difference among Different Indian Professions in Relation to nutritional Assessment. Level of significant was set at 0.05. A significant difference was found among Different Indian Professions in Relation to nutritional Assessment. Conclusion:-It can be concluded that nutritional Assessment significantly differs among Different Indian Professions.

Background: Health promoting behaviours, including self-initiated actions, behaviours, and health perceptions may have an impact on individual happiness and well-being. Objectives: To study health promoting life style among the first year under graduate students of Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences University and compare the health promoting life style profiles between the first year under graduate students of different courses of the University. Methods: A Self-administered Questionnaire containing Health Promoting Life Style Profile-II questionnaire developed by Walker etal. was distributed to the students and were asked to answer all the questions and return the same. Results: A total of 354 students participated in the study. Of these students 42%, 28%, 16% and 14% were pursuing MBBS, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, BSc Nursing and BSc Paramedical courses respectively. Students had highest score in Interpersonal relations (2.98 ± 0.45), Spiritual growth (2.91 ± 0.45) and Stress management (2.63 ± 0.43). Lowest scores in Physical activity (2.08 ± 0.6), Health Responsibility (2.18 ± 0.5) and Nutrition (2.4 ± 0.44). Conclusion: There was no significant difference between specialities in terms of HPLP scale scores and all subscale scores.

Background: Our aim is to use the survey data to analyze how healthcare professionals evaluate their lifestyle habits and well-being. The novel concept of happiness score has been evaluated with respect to different factors. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted for a period of 3 months. An assessment of lifestyle factors was done over the happiness score. Data were collected through the questionnaire method. The study period comprised between June 2021 and August 2021 with a sample size of 377. Health markers such as diabetes, hypertension, and lack of sleep were analyzed for different subgroups. We were also able to assess the dietary eating habit of doctors irrespective of the socio-demographic characteristics by random selection in different states. Generalized linear modeling was used to examine the association between the categorical variables and their respective happiness score. Results: Our study has shown a positive association between lifestyle factors that affect the happiness score. It is truly highlighted with two major significant components such as dietary habits and profession have been plotted by using a violin plot against the happiness score value. Conclusion: The aggregation of food components played a significant role in assessing the quality with respect to their lifestyle. There is no significant intake of alcohol and tobacco as recorded in the dataset. Happiness score value has been estimated which will help in forecasting the future happiness score for doctors depending on their lifestyle patterns.

A significant difference was found among Different Indian Professions in Relation to Alcohol &drug Assessment. Conclusion:-It can be concluded that Alcohol &drug Assessment significantly differs among Different Indian Professions.

Background: Cost effective and feasible instrument is required to assess the health promoting behaviours of Medical students from the stressful and hectic schedule of their training in the Medical College. Hence with the help the of HPLP-II questionnaire, lifestyles of first year MBBS students were assessed. The primary objective of this cross-sectional study was to assess the health promoting behaviors of 287 medical students in Bhopal using HPLP II questionnaire.Methods: This cross-sectional self-administered health Promotion Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP-II) questionnaire study was undertaken among the MBBS first year students, aged 18-22 year, in the region of Bhopal to find out the health promoting behaviors among them.Results: Out of total 324 medical students from 3 different medical colleges, 248 completed the HPLP-II questionnaire. Effect of work status on healthy life style among staffs of Kufa University
This study aims to determine the effect of the work status on the healthy lifestyle among staffs of Kufa university, An correlation descriptive design is carried out through the present study in order to achieve the early stated objectives. The period of study is from 1 Feb. 2016 to 20 April 2016, A non-probability (convenience sample) of (100) employee in university of Kufa. Result: the result of study shows the majority result for age 30-39 years with (41%), regarding the gender (67%) for female, level of education more than half sample study university level with (51%), and for work status the majority result for part-time with (64%), the body mass index table that most of the study sample were to have over weight (52%), The results of the stress table show for the first item of the majority was no (66%), item two was majority Yes (63%), item three the majority result for no (85%), item fourth majority result for no (88%), item five the majority for no(95%),item six the majority result no (80%),item seven no(65%),item eight the majority for no (58%), item nine the majority for no (52%).The study concluded that the work status affects the employee life style and this effect present through the studied life style domains and the study findings reveal that there is a deficit in the employee compliance with life style measures. And it's recommended further studies should be conducted to involve a large sample in a national level to make the results more generalizable. And a mass media should be used to increase the employee knowledge about the importance of improving the life style and quality of life through health promotion, health protection, and disease prevention strategies.
Assessment of Lifestyle among Medical and Dental Practitioners of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India

Materials and methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among medical and dental practitioners of Udaipur City, Rajasthan, India, in the month of March 2016. Convenience sampling was done. Study population consisted of 207 medical and dental practitioners. Twenty minutes was taken by the participants to complete the questionnaire. Afterward, all the questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Chisquare statistics was computed to determine difference between selected demographic variables regarding healthy, intermediate, and unhealthy lifestyle. Results: Demographic data showed that majority of the respondents were males [N = 128 (61.8%)]. Out of total respondents, 96 (46.4%) participants were medical practitioners while 111 (53.6%) were dental practitioners. After statistical analysis utilizing chi-square test was carried out, it was shown that the difference was found to be nonsignificant (p > 0.05) in all the following variables, such as gender, designation, and marital status except in age which showed the difference to be highly significant (p = 0.000). Conclusion: The maximum practitioners of the examined population showed intermediate healthy lifestyle. No statistical significant difference was found in variables, such as gender, designation, and marital status except in age difference. So, there is great scope of organizing health-promoting programs for healthy lifestyle to increase awareness and to give knowledge about healthy diet, exercises, to reduce stress, and alcohol intake.
Healthy Lifestyle and Its Influence on Positive Psychological Capacities
Having a healthy lifestyle is important for everyone. A good habit, balanced diet, and regular exercise has various benefits both mentally and physically. People, in general, only take into consideration a healthy life for its positive effects to our physical well-being whether to prevent illness, to be physically stronger, or to have a more aesthetic physique. Some overlook the fact that a healthy lifestyle has been linked to psychological benefits.
