The COVID-19 pandemic has created a huge impact on the mental health challenges among high school students. These students being in isolation and in quarantine showed several symptoms of mental health issues, such as emotional distress, depression, stress, mood swings, posttraumatic stress, and anger. The COVID-19 pandemic has contributed to an increase in stress, depression, and anxiety among high school students. The aim of this case study was to investigate the prevalence of stress, depression, and anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic among high school students and to help them with therapeutic interventions and techniques. There was a need for emotional support, mental support, and social support. The method used was "The Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS)" a questionnaire designed to measure the emotional states of depression, anxiety, and stress, this scale was administered to these students. In the study, we found different levels of anxiety, depression, and stress present among high school students. In the COVID-19 phase, being at home and attending online and virtual classes, with no access to outdoor activities these students are showing different levels of anxiety, depression, and stress. Early evaluation, intervention, and therapy should be prioritized to reduce these morbidities among high school students. Different strategies to cope with their physical, emotional, mental wellbeing were thought to these students. For students with mild and moderate levels of stress, depression, and anxiety only the coping strategies and cognitive behavioral therapy was implemented but for students with a high level of anxiety and depression besides the coping strategies they were asked to take psychiatric help
