Learning independence and achievement motivation are factors that can affect learning outcomes. However, there is a discrepancy between learning independence and achievement motivation with the learning outcomes obtained, so it is necessary to conduct research on this matter. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning independence and achievement motivation with student learning outcomes. Academic procrastination is a bad behavior because it obstructs the students to achieve the goal of learning. Procrastination is affected by some factors, one of them is learning motivation. The intention of this study is to determine (1) the relationship between X1 and Y, (2) the relationship between X2 and Y, (3) the relationship between X1 and X2 with Y. The method used is quantitative research methods and data collection techniques using scale. Subjects in this study were student guidance and counseling class of 2010, 2011, 2012. Results showed that (1) there is a relationship between X1 and Y, (2) there is a relationship X2 with Y (3) there is a relationship between X1 and X2 with Y, this is evidenced by obtaining the count r> r table then Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is the concept of selflearning that can positively affect academic achievement, and high motivation to learn can affect academic achievement and self-concept in a positive learning and high learning motivation can affect academic achievement.
Hubungan Antara Motivasi Akademik Dengan Prokrastinasi Akademik Pada Mahasiswa

This research was intended to find out the correlation between academik motivation and academic procastination on post garduate students. The population of the study was taken from magister students of a postgraduate school in Jakarta during the period of 2010-2014. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and involved 30 post graduate students as samples. Data were collected through Academic Motivation Scale and Academic Procastinantion Scale and were analized using product moment correlation technique. Result showed that the correlation coefficient between values r = 0.348 with a significance p=0.059 (p ≥ 0.05), it means that there was insignificant relationship between motivations and academic procrastination on post graduate students. Based on the data analysis, the study concludes that there is no significant correlation to academic procrastination on magister students. It suggests that magister students' motivation is not significant to reducing behavior of academic procrastination.

Keupayaan pelajar untuk kekal berdisiplin dan bermotivasi dalam pembelajaran norma baharu amatlah penting dalam melancarkan proses pembelajaran. Sehubungan itu, pembelajaran regulasi kendiri dan motivasi adalah dua elemen penting yang perlu diberi perhatian supaya dapat mengoptimumkan pencapaian akademik pelajar. Pendahuluan: Akreditasi program studi dipengaruhi oleh prestasi akademik serta jumlah mahasiswa lulus tepat waktu. Menurut teori causal model of PBL, prestasi akademik dipengaruhi oleh kinerja tutor dan motivasi belajar. Kedua hal tersebut belum pernah diteliti di FK UNISMA, oleh sebab itu peneliti ingin mengetahui korelasi kinerja tutor dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan prestasi akademik di Fakultas Kedokteran UNISMA.Metode: Penelitian ini mempunyai total populasi 305 mahasiswa, sementara yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 246 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner kinerja tutor dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa menggunakan google form. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. The purpose of this research is to study whether there is a relationship between learning independence and motivation to learn in class VIII students of SMPN 6 Garut. The population in this study were eighth grade students of SMPN 6 Garut. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique so that research samples are obtained as many as 56 people. The research method uses quantitative correlational design with product estimation data analysis techniques based on learning motivation questionnaire data and student learning independence. Analysis of the data received with the application of spss 22 obtained significant research results between learning independence and learning motivation of grade VII students of SMPN 6 Garut with a comparison value of 0.822 in the category of very strong positive relationships. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penurunan prestasi belajar siswa yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemandirian belajar dalam proses pembelajaran, yang berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas X SMA Pelita Tiga Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode "Deskriptif Analisis Korelasional". Untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 65 responden yang merupakan sampel dari total populasi 176 siswa kelas X di SMA Pelita Tiga Jakarta. Kuesioner terdiri dari 25 pernyataan positif dan negatif yang berkaitan dengan variabel X, serta daftar nilai UTS sebagai variabel Y. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,681 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,463. Nilai (ro) lebih besar dari (rt) pada tingkat signifikansi 5% sebesar 0,244 dan 1% sebesar 0,317. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis nihil ditolak, sementara hipotesis alternatif diterima atau didukung, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 0,681 atau 68,06%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lecture competence and learning motivation on the learning achievement of 2017 Economics Education Department Student at State University of Surabaya. This research is an associative quantitative research. Respondents were 167 students. The results of this research indicate lecturer competence and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on student learning. The conclusion of this study is that high learning achievement can be obtained by increasing the student's own learning motivation as an internal factor and the competence possessed by the lecturers also helps improve learning achievement from the external side, so that the two factors are expected to help students achieve high learning achievement
