Abstract
This research was performed with the topic of Investigation the Relationship between Leadership styles and organizational citizenship behavior in Employees of National Iranian Drilling Company. This study examines relation between Leadership Styles and organizational citizenship behavior. Survey data (n=82) collected from Employees and supervisors. In this research, analysis and measurement are in individual level. For data analysis, SPSS software was used. The results indicate that transformational leadership and transactional leadership have positive and significant relation with OCB. Also laissez-faire leadership has negative and significant relation with OCB.
