This is Part 2 of "Notes to Myself from the Bottom of the World (1997)". Part 1 turned upon personal qualities, as seen by a 52 year old man in mid non-career. Part 2 deals more with "the human circus" - how we get along (or fail to) in the organizations, governments and countries our imaginations create. These notes are not systematic or complete. Some are short, some longer. They are points to spark debate, and even the writer, now a quarter century older if not wiser, is a little surprised by some of the vehemence. Enjoy.
