MANAJEMEN INTEGRASI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB DI MADRASAH BERBASIS PONDOK PESANTREN

Learning Arabic in madrasah nowadays is still yet to show optimal results. Madrasah which based on pesantren in Indonesia is very much. But it is not many that can produce graduates who speak Arabic well. Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mukmin in Sukoharjo is one of madrasah based on pesantren that has an integrative model of learning Arabic and shown to produce graduates who can speak Arabic well. This study focus to analyze the integration management model of learning Arabic. This studies was found that all subjects of religion and Arabic was developed in Arabic, from teaching materials, learning methods, and evaluation process. Arabic language is also used daily in the boarding which is supported by Arabic practical activities. The model is proven to improve all Arabic skills. Thus, this model worthy of adoption at the madrasah based on pesantren for learning Arabic. This article discusses the modernization of Arabic learning in Dayah MUDI Mesra, Samalanga Bireuen District. The attention and study of the teaching of Arabic is still important even in the pesantren. This study discusses the Arabic development programs at TAZKIA IIBS and the follow up on Arabic programs. Following the problems faced by the institution, this institution has been planning and evaluating problems to improve and follow up on the development of Arabic programs. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection was done through interviews and documentation. Keluaran Madrasah bidang bahasa Arab sampai saat ini belum menunjukkan hasil yang mengembirakan. Dari nilai rata-rata Ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional hanya memperoleh nilai 68, angka tersebut dibawah nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal yang ditentukan madrasah yaitu 78. karenanya proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab perlu mendapat perbaikan, utamanya bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran, karena kedua hal tersebut apabila sesuai dengan kebutuhan real dapat berfungsi mengoptimalkan proses belajar siswa, dan pencapaian tujuan belajar. Dalam kasus pembelajaran bahasa Arab, siswa seharusnya belajar dari unsur terkecil ke besar, mulai tataran bunyi, sukukata, kata, frasa, klausa, kalimat, dan paragraf. karenanya perlu pengembangan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran agar kemampuan ideal berbahasa dapat terbentuk dan ditingkatkan sesuai dengan harapan kurikulum. Pertayaannya penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut; Apa ciri-ciri pengembangan bahan ajar pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dikembangkan dengan teori Mikro Robert Mill Gagne? Apakah bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa siswa? penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan ciri-ciri khusus bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dikembangkan dengan Strategi Mikro Robert Mill Gagne, dan mengukur tingkat efektif dan efisean bahan ajar dan media dalam mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis R&D yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan produk pendidikan dan mengvalidasi tingkat kelayakan, dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan Model ADDIE, (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) oleh Reiser dan Mollenda. Setelah dilakukan pengembangan dengan prosedur di atas diperoleh kesimpulan; diantara ciri-ciri bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dikembangkan dengan strategi mikro Robert Mill Gagne adalah: a) Rumusan ranah indikator untuk melihat tingkat penguasaan kompetensi dirumuskan secara bertahap mulai unsur terkecil dari bahasa (bunyi) sampai yang besar (kalimat yang sempurna dan paragraf), b) Dalam pengembangan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran struktur pengetahuan diberikan secara gradasi sebagai prasyarat dalam belajar keterampilan berikutnya. Dimualai dari Ashwat, Mufrodat, dan tarkib, dan teruskan dengan keterampilan Istima', Kalam, Qiro'ah dan Kitabah, sehingga unsur bahasa sebagai prasyarat untuk keterampilan bahasa dapat dipelajari secara proposional. Pengembangan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan Strategi Mikro Robert Mill Gagne efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji "t", dan hasil hitungan tersebut bahwa t hitung < t tabel yaitu-11,5387 <-1,686 maka H 0 ditolak, artinya bahwa nilai akhir setelah perlakuan lebih baik daripada sebelum perlakuan.

Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) or Integrated Islamic Schools are essentially schools that implement concepts. Islamic education is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah and is based on the National Education System Law. This study is aimed to describe the challenge and the innovation of Arabic learning in Islamic Elementary school. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative thas is done by observation and liberary research. The result of this research showed that there are many obstacles of the Arabic learning in this global era that need several innovation to be implemented. The capability of Arabic knowledge should be implemented by a teacher of Arabic to grow the Arabic competence for students in Islamic Elementary School.
