This research is motivated by problem that students find it difficult to understand when reading long because many students don't memorize vocabulary, students don't like read so that students understand difficult reading and just rely on explanations from the teacher. Therefore, researcher developing teaching materials with an integrative approach, is the approach of in-area is consists of all language skills, and approach of ex-area is consists of a variety of religious instruction in Nahjatus Sholihin Junior High School with a 2013 curriculum based on for a learning more interesting and fun because the knowledge of students on religious lesson will be more in-depth and Arabic lessons are not boring with the lack of discussion varied. This research aims to create teaching materials that can overcome the problems of students, develop students skills in the language area and religion area, so that students learn easily, with the themes that is close to students life and social themes. This includes research and development because this research to develop teaching materials that have been there, only in the form of an integrative approach.
