Savoirs Anthropologique et Rapports De Pouvoir (original) (raw)
Swiss Journal of Sociocultural Anthropology

Some Major Problems in the Social Anthropology of Hunter-Gatherers [and Comments and Reply]
Current Anthropology, 1988
What is the relationship between the present-day hunter-gatherer studied by anthropologists and the societies of the Palaeolithic? And how is the articulation between the economy of these societies and their other aspects to be conceived? In attempting to answer these questions, this article takes into account a further problem, that of the uniqueness of Australian Aboriginal social organization. New relational perspectives in the post-anthropocentric turn , 2019
What I am going to present is part of some ethnographic research now in progress in the field of animal studies, and from the post-humanist perspective, which deals with some questions that are interwoven: the connections between human and non-human animals which support the appearance of a new type of kinship and some somatic responses deriving from this interspecies relationship. We wanted to know how, using this new concept of kinship, one should define, describe, name and connect with the other animal. We brought to the project our own research experience, obtained through fieldwork and ethnographic observation of the relationships between human and non-human animals.
