Career planning is an effort made by individuals to prepare themselves to enter the career world. Career planning is influenced by various factors including Self Concept and parental support. This study aims to: (1) describe Self Concept, parental support, and career planning, (2) test the contribution of Self Concept to career planning, (3) test the contribution of parental support for career planning, (4) test the contribution Self Concept and support of parents together in career planning.This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan interaksi sosial siswa SMK Binakarya Mandiri 2 Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa angket dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji korelasi product moment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 223 siswa kelas XI SMK Binakarya Mandiri 2 Kota Bekasi dengan besaran sampel 45 orang siswa yang ditarik secara acak. Pada pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,003. Nilai koefisien korelasi sig. 0,003 jika dibandingkan dengan probabilitas yaitu 0,05 maka 0,003 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis altenatif diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konsep diri dan interaksi sosial siswa SMK Binakarya Mandiri 2 Kota Bekasi. Nilai koefesien korelasi berada pada 0,428 ini bermakna bahwa derajat hubungan antara konsep diri dan interaksi sosial siswa berada pada derajat sedang dan berbentuk positif.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peran konsep diri terhadap perencanaan dan kematangan karir siswa-siswi SMK. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Library Research, yaitu penelitian yang memfokuskan pembahasan pada literatur-literatur baik berupa buku, jurnal, makalah maupun tulisantulisan lainnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi atau content analysis. adalah suatu tehnik penelitian untuk memuat inferensi (kesimpulan) dari data yang diolah dan dianalisis sebagai jawaban terhadap masalah yang telah dikemukakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri sangat berperan penting dalam perencanaan dan kematangan karir. Semakin tinggi konsep diri maka semakin berhubungan positif konsep diri dengan perencanaan dan kematangan karir.

in the process of preparing for career maturity, students need to have self-efficacy or self-efficacy, namely the beliefs and beliefs that exist in a person about their abilities. to find out whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and career maturity of class XII social studies students at SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi. Research Methods The research uses a psychological scale and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of percentage and product moment correlation. The research sample was 105 students of class XII social studies at SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi. The results of the study can be seen that the results of hypothesis testing indicate that students' self-efficacy has a significant effect on career maturity of class XII Social Studies students at SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi.

Hubungan Antara Konsep Diri Dengan Disiplin Siswa

This research is with the design and model of Quantitative Research of Correlational Studies. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between self-concept and students discipline of students in V grade students of Kota Batu 02 State Elementary School Ciomas District Bogor Regency. The subject of this research is 80 students of class V Kota Batu 02 State Elementary School Ciomas District Bogor Regency. This research was conducted on the odd semester of Lesson 2018/2019. The results showed that the average of self-concept variable is 89,88, while the students discipline variable has an average of 90,95 thus the relationship of self-concept with students discipline in statistical analysis is indicated by the result of significance test and regression with regression equation Ŷ =48,374 + 0,4737x. This means that each increase of one students discipline variable value is 0,4737 units. The strength of the relationship between self-concept and students discipline is shown by the correlation coefficient with r value of 0,48 which means have a relationship. The magnitude of the contribution of self-concept with students discipline is shown by the coefficient (r²) of 0,23 with the coefficient of determination of 23%. This means that the increase or decrease in students discipline has a relationship by self-concept by 23%. Based on the results of the above research can be concluded that the relationship between self-concept and discipline of students in class V Kota Batu 02 State Element 02 Bogor Regency have a relationship.

Kematangan karir memang penting dimiliki dalam diri setiap individu khususnya pada peserta didik di SMA. Kematangan karir berkaitan dengan kesiapan dalam proses karir dan cita-cita peserta didik di masa depan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kematangan karir peserta didik SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pacitan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex-post-facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pacitan dengan total 3952 peserta didik. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini 371 peserta didik yang ditentukan dengan teknik multi stage proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala. Teknik validitas menggunakan validitas isi. Teknik realibilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kematangan karir peserta didik. Sehingga perilaku konsep diri yang ditunjukkan pada peserta didik dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kematangan karir yang dimiliki.

The relationship between self-regulation with the carrier plan. Problems in this study was the low carrier plan of students. The purpose of this reasearch was to know the correlation between self-regulation with students carier plan. Metod used in this reasearch is quantitatif describtion. Data analysis used product moment correlation. The sample were as many as 70 students in SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung acaemic tear at 2016/2017. The data collecting technique used the self-regulation scale and the carrier plan scale. The result of this reasearch was there was positif and significant relationship between self-regulation to student carrier plan with index α = 0,000 <α = 0,05; Then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted with the value of correlation coefficient r count 0,558> r table 0,235. Conclusion the study was correlation between self regulation positif the signification with the carrier plan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dengan perencanaan karir siswa di SMA N 1 Batipuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA dan XI IPS di SMA N 1 Batipuh yang berjumlah 248 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling dimana teknik penentuan sampel ini diambil secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada pada populasi tersebut dengan jumlah sampel 62 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan skala likert dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan bantuan Statistika Product and Service Solusion (SPSS) Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, data hasil uji normalitas model korelasi telah memenuhi asumsi normal yang berarti data dapat dikatakan berdistribusi normal.
