Environmental sustainability is the primary task of environmental entrepreneurship by critically handling increased institutional, customer, and environmental pressures. Green entrepreneurship orientation (GEO) seeks to harmonize their relationships with the external environment to foster the impact of green innovation performance (GIP) on environmental performance (EP). Drawing upon the natural resource-based view, the study examines the effect of green entrepreneurship orientation on GIP and EP. Additionally, the moderating effect of managerial environmental concerns (MEC) on this relationship is also inspected. The results revealed that green absorptive capacity (GAC), environmental cooperation (EC), and MEC significantly affect GEO. Furthermore, GEO positively influenced GIP and EP. Purpose-This paper aims to examine the role of the inter-organizational learning contributing in transforming the green entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation to the improvement of sustainable competitive advantages. Design/methodology/approach-The structural equation model was established to explain the complex relationship between green entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and sustainable competitive advantage. To test the hypothesis, this study used partial least square with data from a survey of 280 firms. Findings-There is a strong tendency that the inter-organizational learning plays a pivotal role as an intervening variable that operates by receiving the input from green entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation, which plays as the exogenous construct. Hence, the greater inter-organizational learning leads the firms to achieve the greater sustainable competitive advantage. Originality/value-This study extends the discussion on how organization should contribute to the wellbeing of the economic, social and environmental system by investigating the role of inter-organizational learning in achieving the sustainable competitive advantage.

The common goal of green entrepreneurship initiatives is to ensure the rapid common change of phenomenon within the business, economics as well environment would be well managed and enable all people, regardless of their characteristics and socioeconomic background, to have an equal opportunity to start and manage their own business. Current empirical research is aiming at investigating the antecedents of Green Entrepreneurial Opportunity such as Co-Creation Value Capability (CCVC), Network Capability (NC), and Dynamic Capability (DC), respectively. This study also hypothesized whether Green Entrepreneurial Opportunity (GEO) affects Market Positioning Advantages (MPA) and Firms' Value Performance (EFVP), and the impact of Market Positioning Advantages (MPA) on Emerged Firms' Value Performance. The statistical output showed that all hypotheses significantly accepted. The implementation of GEO is true as the consequences of CCVC, NC, and DC. The EFVP is truly gained through GEO and MPA. Data were collected from 386 respondents in charge as an operational, financial manager, sales, and marketing managers in Indonesia large scale enterprises and also designed as a multi respondent source. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS Statistical Software. This research demonstrated that green entrepreneurship opportunities and Market Positioning Advantages hold a strategic anchor concept to leverage Firms' Value Performance.

The present research examines both the relationship between green innovation and green entrepreneurship and the mediating role of firm strategies in the relationship between green entrepreneurship, green innovation, and competitive advantage. A total of 225 managers responsible for the environmental strategy of medium and large-sized firms operating in Greece were used as a sample for the study. To measure the research variables, a structured questionnaire was used. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inductive statistics, including principal components analysis, correlation analysis, a multivariate generalized linear model, and a structural equations model. The empirical results indicate a positive influence of green entrepreneurship in green product innovation and green process innovation. Furthermore, the mediating role of firm strategies in the relationship between green entrepreneurship, green innovation, and competitive advantage is confirmed.

Background: Environmental degradation has been annoying, pressuring enterprises to look for innovative ways to improve their operations, methods and products.Aim: This research identifies the key factors contributing to developing innovative behaviour among small enterprises in Saudi Arabia and their effect on environmental performance (EP).Method: The study collected a sample of 284 from different types of small enterprises operating in Saudi Arabia. Green entrepreneurship and performance of small and medium enterprises in North-Central Nigeria

Many countries worldwide make efforts to decrease environmental degradation and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) engage in such business operations. However, considering the Nigerian context, evidence on their impact is scarce. Therefore, this paper investigates the effect of green entrepreneurship on the performance of SMEs in North-Central Nigeria federal territory. A pre-test was conducted, and a descriptive cross-sectional questionnaire was used. The study examined 1,233 consenting randomly chosen respondents from six states and Abuja City in North-Central Nigeria. Simple linear regression was used to test the hypotheses. The findings demonstrated that green entrepreneurship can decrease the negative impacts of business activities on the environment and also ensure profitability. Moreover, green entrepreneurial innovative production and green entrepreneurial inclination significantly impact competitive edge (β = 0.806, t-value= 49.648, P = 0.000 < 0.05) and customer spending (β= 0.976, t-value= 51.315, P = 0.000 < 0.05), respectively. The study offers useful public information and experimental confirmation of environmental sustainability engaged in viable business activities.
Environmental Orientation as a Determinant of Innovation Performance in Young Smes

The popular press, as well as most academic literature, claims that innovation activities are inherently linked to higher company performance. Successful innovations usually increase the firm's market scope or reduce costs, helping firms to obtain superior benefits. Therefore, most innovations are developed with those objectives in mind. Environmental orientation is defined as the managerial recognition of the significance of the impact a company has on the environment, and the need to minimize such impact. Nowadays, environmental motivation for innovation is becoming more and more common as firms are more aware of the consequences of their activities and attempt to be socially responsible. However, most literature on innovation is focused on R&D and on large mature firms, practically neglecting small and medium sized Enterprises-SMEs-, as does the literature on corporate social responsibility. In this paper, we focus on a sample of 1337 start-up SMEs less than 10 years old, from which we obtained information regarding their innovation activities. Our results show that in comparison to cost-oriented innovations, environmental orientation in the development of innovations increases performance.
