Investigating the Effect of Transformational Leadership as a Moderator, between Employees' Psychological Empowerment and Employees' Job Satisfaction Relationship

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of Transformational Leadership and Psychological Empowerment on employees' Job Satisfaction as well as to confirm the moderating role of Transformational Leadership between the relationship of Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction by selecting the sample of respondents from Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) Circle Gujrat. The data were collected using well structured questionnaire and the results have shown that Transformational Leadership is more strongly correlated as well as influencing Job Satisfaction than Psychological Empowerment. All the relationships have been found positive and significant. It has also been found that Transformational Leadership plays a moderating role between the relationship of Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction.

The Impact of Transformational Leadership Style on Employees’ Job Satisfaction

This study aimed to investigate the impact of transformational leadership style (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration) on the employees’ job satisfaction in the IT companies in Jordan. The population of the study covered all the Jordanian software development companies, a sample consists of (300) surveys were distributed to all levels of the employees, and the number of the returned surveys were (151) which considered for statistical analysis. A STUDY ON IMPACT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION

The objective of this research study is to analyse and examine the impact of transformational leadership style on employee's job satisfaction working in one of the multinational engineering service company in Bangalore city. And, to assess which dimension of transformational leadership impact more on employee job satisfaction. The name of the organization is withheld for the purpose of confidentiality. The survey was adapted from the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) to measure the transformational leadership style. The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) was adapted to measure employee job satisfaction. 120 employees from five different domains participated in the study using convenience sampling. Out of which 104 questionnaires completed showing 86.7% response rate. Descriptive and analytical methodology is used. Quantitative research design is adopted. The collected primary data is analysed using descriptive statistics. Pearson correlation analysis is used to test the hypothesis. These studies have revealed that there is a significant and positive relationship between all transformational leadership dimensions (Inspirational motivation, Individualized consideration, Intellectual stimulation, Idealized influence) and employee job satisfaction. Transformational leadership positively effects employee job satisfaction. The result also shows that there is highly significant, positive relationship between two dimensions of transformational leadership (Inspirational Motivation, Idealized Influence) and employee job satisfaction. Also, there is significant medium positive relationship between other two dimensions of transformational leadership (Individualized Consideration, Intellectual Stimulation) and job satisfaction. The results of this study concluded that if leaders adopt transformational leadership style, they could get better satisfied and committed employees for the organization.

Effect of Transformational , Transactional Leadership and Job Satisfaction : Evidence from Information Technology Industries

This study aims to measure the effect of leadership style (transformational or transactional) on job satisfaction mediated by job perceptions. Data collection was carried out through quantitative questionnaires with simple random sampling via electronic online to the employees of the Information Technology Industries in Banten. The results of the questionnaire returned and valid were 377 respondents. Data processing used the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Mediating role of employee empowerment for transformational leadership and job satisfaction

The study aimed to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. In addition, it analyzes whether employee empowerment mediates the mentioned relationship. Data were collected from 228 employees of pharmaceutical companies in Jordan (Al Hayat Pharmaceutical Industries, Al Hikma Pharmaceutical Company, and Jordan Swedish Medical Products). The study employed SPSS for data analysis and hypotheses testing. The findings reveal a statistically significant impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, empowerment on job satisfaction, transformational leadership on empowerment, and transformational leadership on job satisfaction through empowerment in Jordanian pharmaceutical firms. EXPLORING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND JOB SATISFACTION

This study explored the relationship between transformational leadership (TL) and job satisfaction (JS) in the hospitality sector in Delta State, Nigeria. The study employed survey research designs to enable the researcher generate primary data from the study respondents in order to ascertain the link between the studies constructs. In order to test the study hypotheses, 124 questionnaires were administered to the study respondents out of which 112 were properly filled and returned. Both correlation and multiple regression analysis were utilised in this study for data analysis via stata. Findings showed that the metrics of TL (idealise influence and inspirational motivation) have a substantial positive relationship with JS. The study then recommended that leaders/management/managers should motivate, inspire, believe in the opinions of employees and create a healthy and profitable relationship with employees. This is because good attention and relationships from the leaders/management/managers to subordinates (employees) can improve employee JS and help employees feel like an important part of the organisation.
