This present study aims to investigate factors that impact behavioural intention of university students on e-learning use during the COVID-19 pandemic. An online questionnaire was utilised to gather data from 109 students enrolled in one of the universities in Indonesia. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was the primary framework employed for analysis, in which system quality and e-learning experience were included as external constructs to seek out a much better model to improve the understanding of students' intention to adopt e-learning. An extended TAM model was developed and tested in this study. The model consists of six constructs: system quality, e-learning experience, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward use, and behavioural intention. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and SMART PLS 3.0 software were applied for data analysis. The findings informed that the proposed model has been succefully explained factors university students use of e-learning during the pandemic in Indonesia. It suggested that attitude toward e-learning use was the most prominent construct to predict university students' behavioural intention to use e-learning during the pandemic. Finally, this study offers recommendations for future research and practices.

This study contributes to the existing literature on online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in higher education by investigating the relationships between the cognitive variables and students' adoption of online learning. Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), some hypotheses were formulated to test the links between TAM constructs and online learning anxiety as an antecedent. This study adopted structural equation modelling (SEM) to scrutinize technology adoption for a sample of 569 students in Oman. The results indicated that attitude towards online learning is a strong predictor of technology adoption during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, both perceived usefulness of online learning and perceived ease of online use yielded a significant contribution of the attitude construct. Besides, online learning anxiety affected both the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of online use negatively, in which perceived ease of use is largely predicted while perceived usefulness is moderately predicted. In the light of the previous findings, online learning anxiety should have more attention by tertiary lecturers, counsellors, academic advisors and policymakers when implementing online teaching and learning.

This research examines the impact of gender and age differences on the attitude towards online education in universities and colleges during the COVID-19 pandemic in Hungary. The answers were evaluated using Partial Least Squares estimation technique by involving age and gender as moderator variables. The research model is based on a modified version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis, Warshaw, and Bagozzi (1989) and expanded by a good teaching scale. Apart from perceived ease of use, other variables illustrated significant direct relationships. Moderating effect of age and gender of the surveyed Hungarian students influence formulation of attitude towards e-learning. The results illustrate that the gender and age of the respondents influence the perceived usefulness → behavioral intention pathway. Also, the age of respondents has an impact on the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.

The COVID-19 crisis demanded that all educational activities should be performed virtually to follow social distancing guidelines. Therefore, there was a need to perform a research study to assess the effects of external factors on the perceived usefulness, ease of use of e-learning, and the further effect of these perceptions on attitude and intent to use e-learning by using the technology acceptance model (TAM) among academicians at higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance and behavior of using e-learning students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang during Covid 19. This study adopted five elements that make up the modeling of UTAUT 2. This study is a quantitative study. The sample in this study were 351 students and used a questionnaire in data collection. Electronic learning (e-learning) is a broader approach to learning that brings new opportunities for teaching and learning in many fields of education compared to the face-to-face classroom environment. The purpose of this study is to explore high school teachers’ acceptance to continue teaching through e-learning platforms after COVID-19. Based on the framework of a unified theory of technology acceptance and use of technology, this study investigates the research questions in the context of Lesotho. The study adopted a quantitative approach, with a total number of 300 questionnaires collected from high school teachers. The result was analyzed using composite structural equation modeling. According to the study, instructors' acceptance of e-learning is influenced by several factors, which in turn has a significant impact on teachers' behavioral intentions in Lesotho. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the behavioral intention of higher education students to use e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Not many re- searchers have utilized the UTAUT2 model to study the use of technology during this pandemic in the education setting. Therefore, snowball sampling was carried out and the research population consisted of higher education students (n = 159) who have been using e-learning platforms during the ongoing pandemic. The data was collected using a questionnaire based on the adapted UTAUT2 model. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was used for statistical analysis. Social Influence and Habit significantly influenced Behavioral Intention to use e-learning. Information technologies provide various advantages to compete in global markets. More businesses adopt these technologies to gain competitive advantages such as quick market response, fast and reliable supply chains, quick decision based on big data. It is a challenging process to acquire a new technology and there are different factors that affect the acceptance speed of a technology. The effects of some factors may vary due to various reasons such as natural disasters, economic crises, market structure. Since the beginning of 2020, Covid-19 pandemic caused many different businesses and supply chain to adapt new conditions. Higher education industry is one of the profoundly affected sectors from pandemic and it is forced to shift rapidly from traditional teaching to online teaching. This study aims to investigate the possible effects of self-efficacy, user experience, innovativeness, usefulness, ease of use and intention on acceptance of distance education systems under Covid-19 pandemic conditions. The study is conducted at Ardahan University, Turkey with 598 of students. The hypotheses were tested using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling). Findings reveal that self-efficacy and innovativeness have effects on perceived ease of use while self-efficacy and user experience do not have positive impact on perceived usefulness. Results also revealed that perceived ease of use has positive impacts on perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness has positive impact on intention.
