THE QUESTION OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN MODERN CONDITIONS

In this article we are going to talk about the term innovation and its development in different spheres of science especially in pedagogy. The researchers note some factors that influence the attitude of teachers to innovative pedagogical process. And there are several ways of classification of pedagogical innovations which are shown in the article below. Analysis of the fund of scientific and special literature show that the experience of universities in different regions of Kazakhstan uses different types of technology. These kind of technologies are listed in this article as well. So, we have considered a variety of innovative pedagogical technologies, which are currently widely tested in the didactic systems of secondary and higher professional schools.

The article deals with the issue of formation of the terminological base in the field of higher education. The purpose of the article is to summarize the results of scientific research performed by a number of scientists and highlight the main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "innovative pedagogical technologies". There has been done the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, which highlights various aspects of the research problem, including the interpretation of such concepts as educational technologies (V. Kuz, O. Yankovych), pedagogical technologies (S. Sysoieva, O. Pyekhota), innovative technologies (O. Dubasenyuk, N. Morze), integrative technologies (I. Baranovska, O. Vozniuk), information technologies in education (B. Bocharov, M. Voyevodina) etc. It has been found that the term "innovation" was first used in cultural studies in the 19th century. The innovation process is understood as the development of the following stages: production of ideas (introduction of scientific innovation), practical development and implementation of the ideas. The article presents the structure of the teacher's innovative activities, which combines components, including creativity and reflection, as well as openness to the ideas and views of all participants in the educational process. The interpretation of pedagogical technology is generalized as a set of tools that contribute to the implementation of the latest paradigm of education, ie a set of methods and instruments used by the teacher to achieve learning outcomes. It is concluded that the modern terminological base in the field of education is formed on the basis of scientific research on the essence of such concepts as innovation, innovative technologies, educational technologies, pedagogical technologies etc. These concepts reflect the specifics of diversifying the educational process as a result of creative use of the best experience and innovation in modern education. An interpretation of the term "innovative pedagogical technologies"is provided meaning a set of tools, instruments and procedures that characterize the academic environment of higher education institutions, their integrated application being aimed at all-round development of the student's personality, the students' cultural, social and professional development being identified as the learning outcomes.

Objective of the article is to analyze the new approaches in the education system, new pedagogical thinking, and a new attitude of the teacher to his activities, the result of which is the upbringing of an "innovative person". Methods. The main scientific results are obtained using a complex of general scientific research methods, namely: systematization and generalization, theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis. At the modern level of development of civilization, a special role is played by the innovative potential of society, which needs people who are able to think systematically and constructively, quickly find the necessary information, take adequate decisions, and create new ideas in various fields of knowledge. This, in turn, forms a social demand for new approaches in the educational system, new pedagogical thinking, and a new attitude of the teacher to his activities, the result of which is the upbringing of an "innovative person". The ideas of the Ukrainian school's graduates about their future are associated with personal activity, entrepreneurship and individual creativity, are perceived and evaluated through the range of concepts such as «career success», «performance», «high level of income». Socially and economically unsuccessful subjects cease to be the standard of the educational ideal, the vector of moral orientation is developed in the direction of increasing respect for a person who has formed itself, a competent person. The educational process in secondary schools is carried out by the existing staff of teachers, who, for the most part, implement their professional activities based on patterns of perception of activity and behaviour that were formed a long time ago. They consciously or unconsciously deliver ideological, socio-cultural attitudes that are irrelevant for young people, focusing on their preferences and behavioural stereotypes. The introduction of competence-based and personality-oriented learning is a necessity, a response to the existence of a problematic field of educational modifications, the irreversibility of which is now obvious to everyone. Education is a process of facilitating learning of knowledge, skill values and habits. Basically teaching must include two major components sending and receiving information. Ultimately a teacher tries his best to impart knowledge as the way he understood it. The reviewed monograph is devoted to searching ways to improve teaching methods in modern higher school. This problem has gained new lines of relevance in connection with the change in the conceptual foundations of the education theory, according to which the didactic tools used in the system of higher education should be oriented towards the development of critical thinking, cognitive activity and students’ autonomy, their mastery of self-control skills, the development of joint thinking activities, the dynamic use of information and communication methods.

There are forces which shape the educational innovation; competition and options necessarily leading to innovations in the education system. This paper tries to outline the different types of innovations that could be made to education sector to make it more competitive and the challenges or hurdles that exist restrict to innovations. To make the education system a sustainable entity it needs to focus on areas which can add value to society. Innovat ion in the educational field represents the ideas changing the traditional culture into new and creative ones. Received: 14 July 2020 Innovation in educational systems is vital to improving the school's efficiency and productivity in the 21st century. The implementation of innovation in education will ensure that the existing educational system will produce skilled and knowledgeable students to fulfil existing and future industrial needs. However, the implementation of these concepts is still debated among scholars nowadays as it still blurs in concept, definition, and applications. Therefore, this paper tried to provide a single and suitable definition for innovation in educational purposes. It also aimed to give a slight view on the type of innovations in education, identified the differences between the concepts of innovation in education with technological advancements, and to identify the barriers for the implementation in innovation in educations. This paper will contribute to the development of the innovation concept in educational settings and advancement.
