Abstract
This study aimed at producing a systematic analysis that is rich in theoretical and empirical description of inclusive and equitable quality education and the promotion of lifelong learning opportunities for all. Lifelong learning goes across different sectors that promote learning beyond traditional schooling patterns and throughout adult life. Lifelong learning opportunities for all seek to position nations among the best economies by the year 2030. The theoretical element of this study comprised a comprehensive literature review that focuses on researches pertinent to the theme of this inquiry. To this end, literature offered an opportunity to define concepts systematically and to view issues as constantly interrelated and connected.
