Abstract

ABSTRACT Two species of octocorales (Octocorallia: Alcyonacea) are recorded for the first time for Eastern Cuba waters, this taxa were found recently in surveys carried out at the Southeastern Cuban marine terrace. This is the first record of the genus Ellisella and the specie Eunicea succinea form succinea, in these waters.
