Exclusive breastfeeding (according to WHO) is breastfeeding only for infants up to 6 months of age without additional fluids or other foods. ASI Eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI kepada bayi tanpa makanan dan minuman pendamping (termasuk air jeruk, madu, air gula), yang dimulai sejak bayi baru lahir sampai dengan usia 6 bulan. Salah satu penyebab belum berhasilnya pelaksanaan ASI Eksklusif di Indonesia adalah faktor ibu yang bekerja (meski itu bukan satu-satunya faktor penyebab kegagalan). Correlation Between Mother Work with Duration of Breastfeeding in Midwives Practice Ketut Novia Arini, S.ST, M.Kes. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between mother work and duration of breastfeeding. This study used an analytical study of the correlation with cross sectional and stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 52 respondents. Analyzed using the Chi-Square. The results of the study, from 52 respondents acquired the majority (63.5%) respondent is work and most (51.9%) respondent give the breastfeeding for less than six months. There is a correlation between mother work with duration of breastfeeding with a P value < 0,05. Abstrak : Hubungan Pekerjaan Ibu Menyusui Dengan Lama Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di BPM Ketut Novia Arini, S.ST, M.Kes. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pekerjaan ibu menyusui dengan lama pemberian ASI eksklusif di BPM Ketut Novia Arini, S.ST, M.Kes. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di BPM Ketut Novia Arini, S.ST, M.Kes dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Chi-Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, dari 52 responden didapatkan sebagian besar responden tidak bekerja dan hampir setengahnya memberikan ASI eksklusif. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square didapatkan nilai P < 0,05 ini berarti Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pekerjaan ibu menyusui dengan lama pemberian ASI eksklusif.

Pemberian ASI Eksklusif adalah tindakan ibu yang hanya memberikan air susu saja kepada bayi yang berusia 0 sampai dengan 6 bulan, tanpa tambahan makanan dan minuman lain. Keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif dapat dipengaruhi faktor di dalam dan di luar ibu. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah ibu yang bekerja. The rate of exclusive breastfeeding is still low in many countries including Indonesia. One of the factors that influence the low level of exclusive breastfeeding is work factors that can lead to work stress. Research on whether there is a relationship of work-related stress to exclusive breastfeeding has not been widely studied. Thus, the researchers aimed to conduct a study to know the relationship between work stress with exclusive breastfeeding by working mother in Greater Bandung area. Faktor Penghambat Pemberian Asi Eksklusif Pada Ibu Bekerja DI Kota Blora

Breastfeeding is one of the first steps for a human being to get a healthy and prosperous life. Data from the Blora District Health Office, the number of infants aged 6-24 months was 1,063 babies. Of these figures, exclusive breastfeeding rates are still around 75%. The exclusive breastfeeding coverage is still below the target in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 25 of 2000 concerning the National Development Program (Propenas) in 2000-2004, which states the level of achieving exclusive breastfeeding by 80%. The 2012 Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) shows that 57% of the workforce in Indonesia are women. In Blora City, there are already ASI corner facilities in various fields of work, facilities and different policies, but still not supporting the mastery of ASI. Data from the Blora District Health Office, the number of infants aged 6-24 months was 1,063 babies. This research is a quantitative observational analytic study, a cross-sectional approach with a population of 72 people. Samples were taken by Total Sampling. The analysis used is Chi-Square analysis and Logistics regression. The results showed there was a positive and statistically significant effect between policies (OR = 0.043; CI 95% 0.005-0.375; p = 0.004), working hours (OR = 0.049; CI 95% 0.003-0.733; p = 0.029), availability of places pumping breast milk (OR = 0.034; CI 95% 0.004-0.290; p = 0.002) and leadership support with exclusive breastfeeding (OR = 0.057; CI 95% 0.006-0.526; p = 0.012). It is recommended that the Health Service and Puskemas can work together with companies / factories / places of work to improve facilities and infrastructure that can support working mothers in breastfeeding.

Kendala utama dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah ibu bekerja yang kembali bekerja setelah cuti melahirkan. Selain disebabkan oleh faktor kerja, masih banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif. Fenomena yang ditemukan masih ada ibu bekerja yang tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif walaupun mendapat dukungan dari keluarga dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan motivasi ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu bekerja di PT. Globalindo Intimates Klaten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu bekerja yang mempunyai bayi 6 bulan-2 tahun pada bulan Mei 2015. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling berjumlah 37 responden. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Fisher's Exact Test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan 0,05, diketahui p-value= 0,022 menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI eksklusif dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif, sedangkan perhitungan motivasi menunjukkan ada hubungan antara motivasi ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan nilai p-value= 0,003. Kesimpulan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif dan motivasi ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu bekerja di PT. Globalindo Intimates, Klaten.
