The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that can affect firm value, including profitability, capital structure, liquidity, firm size, and total asset turnover. The objects in this research were taken from food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2012-2020. The number of samples in this research were 81 data with 9 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of α=5%. The results of this research indicate that profitability has a positive effect on firm value. The higher the profitability, the more efficient and effective the company's performance is, thereby increasing investor interest in investing. Liquidity has a negative effect on firm value. High liquidity does not give a positive signal to investors, thereby reducing investor interest in investing. Meanwhile, capital structure, firm size, and total asset turnover have no effect on firm value.

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy, firm size, profitability, and liquidity on company’s value. The research sample used was companies listed in the food and beverages subsector in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2020. The sampling method in this purpose used purposive sampling. With this sampling method used purposive sampling, there were 7 companies that meet the sampling criteria and 77 data were obtained to be used as samples. The research method used in this study was descriptive statistics, and panel data regression, with the chose model the fixed effect model. The result of this study indicate that investment decisions and firm size have a positive effect on company’s value. While funding decisions, dividend policy, profitability, and liquidity do not affect compan’s value.

This study aims to determine the influence of the factors that influence stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Factors that influence include solvency, profitability, liquidity, and company size during the period from 2017 to 2020. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory nature, using secondary data derived from the company's financial statements. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the research sample totalled 14 companies. Data analysis using SPSS software version 25 and multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that partially the profitability and liquidity variables had an effect on the stock prices of food and beverage companies. Keberhasilan suatu manajemen dilihat dari kemakmuran perusahaan yang dicerminkan oleh nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan hutang dan nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2017-2019 sebanyak 23 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dengan asumsi klasik multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas dan normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ROE berpengaruh terhadap DER secara signifikan, dan berpengaruh terhadap PBV secara signifikan. Sedangkan pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap DER maupun terhadap PBV secara signifikan. Variabel DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV secara signifikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara simultan atau parsial. Pengumpulan data bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan 18 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria. Data diuji dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. The research aimed to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Firm Size, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). While, the population was all (18) Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sanolibg, in which the sample. Futhermore, the data analysis technique used descriptive statistics and iferential analysis in which used multiple linier regression with SPSS. In addition, the research result concluded Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has insignificant negative effect on firm value. That is, food and beverage companies in carrying out their company's operations use more capital than using debt. Company size has a positive and significant effect on firm value. This means that the greater the size of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 can increase the value of the company. This study aims to find out the factors affecting the value of companies in the sector of food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The independent variables in this study were profitability, liquidity, asset management and leverage. The dependent variable was the value of the company. The object of this study are all companies in the sector of food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of firm value on profitability, firm size, capital structure, and liquidity in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017. The sample determination method used in the study was using saturated sample method, so that the number of samples studied were 13 companies. Data collection methods are non-participant observation methods. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability, firm size, capital structure, and liquidity had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. Struktur Modal merupakan sesuatu hal yang berkaitan dengan pendanaan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur modal pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 perusahaan dan diporeleh sampel 40 perusahaan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data sekunder dengan periode tahun 2015 – 2018. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah anaisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan return on asset, struktur aset dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan pihak manajemen dalam menentukan sumber pendanaan perusahaan.

ABSTRACT: Fundamental analysis can be used by investors to estimate company performance, as well as to predict stock price movements. Investors can use fundamental analysis as a way to find out what is happening inside corporate to reduce investment risk. The purpose of this paper is to see how financial ratios such as DAR, DER, EPS, and PER as part of the solvency ratio and profitability ratio affect stock value movements of food and beverage companies.
