- The Christmas celebration is stifled by the differences of opinion and unbiblical practices surrounding it. This study is an invitation to go into the depths of the biblical stories relating to the birth of Christ to plumb their profound message and its implications in the daily lives of Christ's disciples. It examines respectively the definition of the term "Christmas," the merits of the celebration of Christmas, the Old Testament prophecies relating to Christmas, and the lessons learned from the lives of Zechariah, Mary, Elizabeth, Joseph, the experience of the birth of Christ in a stable, of the enthusiasm of the shepherds, of the patience of Simeon and Anna, of the visit of the wise men, of the attitude of King Herod, of the Egyptian exile, and the person of Christ himself. 2) The insecurity caused by extremist groups Boko Haram has affected the landscapes by the mobility of people it has caused. The influx of displaced people in the Far North region of Cameroon globally and specifically in the Mayo-Tsanaga has generated an increase in the population. Thus, access to natural resources in general and, more specifically, to arable land has become complicated. This is why the installation of displaced people in the localities of the Far North of Cameroon following the atrocious acts of Boko Haram constitutes a significant factor in the saturation of space and land tensions between the different communities. The insecurity due to the psychosis of the attacks, as well as to the operations of Boko Haram terrorist groups in North-East Nigeria and Cameroon, has had an impact on several departments of the Far North region, including Mayo-Tsanaga, Mayo-Sava, Logone, and Chari. The management of land issues has become volatile due to social cohesion being questioned; tension between rural development actors have their work cut out for them. However, knowing the factors or motives underlying the land access conflicts between the displaced persons and the host population Mayo-Tsanaga and the actors involved is imperative. Thus, this contribution proposes to study, through the systemic approach, leaning on the theory of social regulation, the entangled factors of tensions between internally displaced persons and the local population for access to natural resources, particularly land, and also analyze appropriate strategies or stratagems to consolidate peace and social cohesion within the community.
