The new exhibition systems created by the digitalizationoriented transformation have begun to transform museums into pleasant and privileged spaces. With the development of information technologies, software programs designed for museums, artificial intelligence experiments, computer aided communication, interactive, new media, etc. many new concepts become a part of museum work. The changes caused by the new terms of the digital age in the socio-cultural structure have highlighted the necessity of museums to take responsibility for society. One of the most important reasons for the use of technology in museums is to provide users or participants with civilization, art, culture, aesthetics, etc. through the works exhibited in museums. It is to host more visitors by aiming to embody abstract concepts, to provide permanent information and to result in quality learnings in museums. The application of communicating interactively in digital tools, which is activated after the intervention of the users to the systems exhibited with technology-supported mechanisms, is in the program of many museums that have just been designed or that are on the agenda. This study was prepared by using document analysis and data collection method in scanning model. The main subject of this study is the ongoing interactive exhibition practices in order to acquire interesting and entertaining experiences of the new generation digital activities in the currently constructed museums. Therefore, in this research, Anatolian Civilizations Museum, Ethnography Museum, Çorum Museum, Erimtan Archeology Museum, Pera Museum, Sakıp Sabancı Museum, Istanbul Carpet Museum: Tokyo Digital Art Museum, New York Museum of Modern Arts, Cleveland Art Museum, Some interactive exhibition applications of the Natural History Museum, National Health and Medicine museums are discussed. When we look at the findings obtained from the selected museum samples, it is seen that the interactive exhibition applications in the world museums were active before the museums in Turkey and they are being applied in more diverse subjects. In addition, it is foreseen that innovations in technology can be used in many different areas in museums in the future.
