ABSTRACT: Intoduction- ‘Ganglionic Cysts’, Usually Known By MisKnowmer ‘Ganglions’, A Common Clinical Entity, Needing Appropriate Management, May Occur In Different Body Regions, But Is Most Commnonly Seen Around Wrist. Materials & Method- The Present Multi-Centric Study, Performed During Last (2) Decades, Comprises Comparative OverAll Treatment Result OutCome Evaluation, Of About (100) Patients, Using Aspiration, Surgical Excision & Described “Suton Sutures” Technique. Technique Methodology- The Discussed Management Methodolgy, Involves Placement Of (2) Horizontal & Or (1) Vertical & Horizontal Sutures (SutuPac No.1 On 3/8 Circle Cutting Needle, 60mm) In The Swelling, Compressing Out All The Oozing Gelatinous Material, From (4) Prick Points, Followed By Sterile Compression Bandage. After About 48-72 Hours, The Remaining Cystic Contents Are Expressed Out, Facilitated By The Inward & OutWard Movement Of Sutures Through Subsiding / Subsided Swelling. Depending Upon The Swelling Status, After Repeatition Of Compressing Out Cystic Cavity Contents, Sutures Are Simply Pulled Out. Results- Performed Under Strict Aseptic Precautions, Proper Patient Compliance, With/WithOut L.A, With The Simple (2) Sutures; (4) Prick Technique, Complete Resolution Of Swelling Within 4-6 Days, Can Be Achieved In >95% Cases, WithOut Hazards & Complications Of ‘Surgical Excision’, & Much Less Recurrence Rate As Compared To ‘Aspiration’ & Other Conservative Measures, Due To Complete Evacuation Of Cystic Cavity Contents. Conclusion- The Procedural Safety & Simplicity, Supported By Almost Neglible Complication Rate & Much Less Recurrence Rate, Retains “Suton Sutures” Technique, As An Acceptable Management Methodology, Amongst Vividly Practiced Regimes, As Per Compliance & Availablity.
