Communication and Dissemination Strategy. Deliverable D7.2 of the EU Horizon 2020 project OPTAIN

Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research), 2022

Revision according to the comments of the REA expert review OPTAIN D7.2. Communication and Dissemination Strategy 5 / 34 Summary This deliverable presents the Communication and Dissemination Strategy (CDS) for the OPTAIN project. The CDS is focusing on the whole spectrum of communication and dissemination aspects, starting with communication objectives of OPTAIN, going through target audiences, and tools and methods, all the way to internal communication and monitoring. This document will familiarize the partners with all information, needed for efficient set up of the communication and dissemination strategy and then instruct them on how to implement and track it.

Project Deliverable 6.1 Evaluation Framework

This document represents Deliverable 6.1 (“Evaluation Framework”) of the H2020 project “FACTS4WORKERS -Worker-Centric Workplaces in Smart Factories” (FoF 2014/636778). The Evaluation Framework, as main tool used for reaching WP6 goals (to evaluate the impact of the project solutions on the workers), contributes to all other project’s WPs, generating data for iterating initial requirements and for evolving the designed solutions. That’s why we firstly point the relationship between the work to be performed in WP6 and the rest of WPs. The evaluation of how the introduction of solutions (including ICT) in the workplace affects the daily work and impacts on the worker implies a very broad research scope. Very different and complementary research lines are involved in that purpose, and we establish the rationale of the framework in a wide range of methods and tools among which we will choose those most appropriate for the purpose of the framework. The evaluation framework is defined then. Taking into account the available rationale and background, but with the project idiosyncrasy in mind, we establish our primary evaluation targets and process. FACTS4WORKERS tries to change the worker’s practices, using the help of ICT tools (but not only leveraging on them). This is going beyond of just to evaluate the deployed solutions. That’s why the evaluation framework is defined in terms of the validation and impact assessment of the introduced new practices (with the difficulty to separate this impact from other factors), which is going a step further of just using a subset of methods and tools detailed in the rationale.

Final report on dissemination, regulation, standardization, exploitation & training: D6. 3

In D6.1 deliverable project dissemination, exploitation and training plans, as well as standardization & regulatory approach strategy was presented. The D6.2 reported on the necessary updates of these strategies and the actions taken by the partners in line with them, as well as the obtained results. In this D6.3 deliverable, a full set of project dissemination activities, standardization & regulatory contributions as well as an operator's "cook book" outlining steps necessary for full deployment of ON functionality and services, are presented.

The strategy is articulated into a diversified range of activities, including web communication, dissemination events, publications, multimedia, as well as a range of engagement, feedback gathering, collaboration and cross-dissemination initiatives with relevant stakeholders within consortium partners' contact networks, including institutions, associations, foundations, regulatory bodies and standards committees, as well as other in-silico trial and eHealth research projects. To do so, the consortium will leverage a wide range ...
