This study aims to analyze the workload using the NASA-TLX method, as well as knowing the effect of workload and incentives on the performance of Gojek drivers in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using NASA-TLX method and multiple regression analysis. The results explained that the workload of the Gojek driver was very high, the highest workload was in the aspect of physical needs and the lowest was in the aspect of the frustration level. However, the partial test results that workload does not affect the performance of Gojek drivers, while incentives affect the performance of Gojek drivers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja pengemudi Grab Bike di Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, melakukan observasi serta wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada para pengemudi Grab Bike di kota Kupang dengan sampel sebanyak 83 pengemudi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pengemudi Grab Bike di kota Kupang. Temuan tersebut dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi manajemen Grab di Kota Kupang agar dapat menigkatkan program insentif bagi para pengemudi sehingga dapat mendorong pengemudi untuk berkinerja baik.

Employees are the main assets of the company that requires the company to be able to create employee satisfaction so as to increase productivity. One strategy to increase power is through compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the compensation factors and Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of Gojek drivers. This type of research uses qualitative research. The data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, research subjects and Man-six Go-jek drivers in Denpasar. The results showed the application of compensation with a trip and bonus system, a trip system with a 20% discount for companies, bonus points, daily bonuses. With the current compensation system, drivers are satisfied even without a fixed salary. Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of gojek drivers is to innovate to improve the system and management by replacing the old system with a rating system.

The study aims to identify the effects of incentive and work discipline on the performance of Grab drivers in Malang City. This kind of research is survey research. The population in this study were grab drivers in Malang City whose numbers were not officially found. Therefore the sampling technique used accidental sampling because there is no need for a spesific criterion limitation by determining a sample of up to 100 respondents. The study uses a primary type of data. Data collection using a questionnaire’s. The data analysis method used is scale ranges and multiple linear regression. The results of the scale range shows that incentive get high scores, work discipline gets high scores, and performance gets very good scores. Regression analysis shows that incentive and work discipline significantly affect drivers performance. Incentive gives the biggest contributes to driver performance

The aim of this research is to know the effect of service quality and price perceptions on customer satisfaction and loyalty on Gojek passengers in Denpasar. Data collecting method used survey questionnaire as a data collection tool. The number of samples in this study were 120 respondents of transportation service users of Gojek by using purposive sampling technique. This research use path analysis technique with the help of SPSS program. The result of the research shows that all hypotheses are accepted, 1) service quality had positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 2) price perceptions had positive and significant effect on satisfactions, 3) service quality had positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4) price perceptions had positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 5) satisfaction had positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This research was conducted to (1) analyze the effect of tariffs, working hours, and the number of orders on GO-JEK drivers' revenue in Pekanbaru City; (2) determine which factors predominantly influence the income of GO-JEK drivers in Pekanbaru City. This study indicates that tariffs and the number of orders individually (partially) and jointly (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on the revenue of GO-JEK drivers in Banjarmasin City. In contrast, working hours have a negative and insignificant impact on GO-JEK drivers' income in Pekanbaru City. The most dominant factor influencing GO-JEK driver revenue is a tariff.
