CONTEXT AND CONTENT. Order Chiroptera, Suborder Microchiroptera, Family Phyllostomidae, Subfamily Glossophaginae, Genus Anoura. The genus Anoura includes the living species A. caudifer, A. geoffroyi, and A. cultrata (see Diagnosis).
