This paper aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty toward the local fast food restaurant in Indonesia. The variables involved in this study were perceived service quality, perceived product quality, perceived price fairness, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Samples of this study were customers of the local fast food restaurant in Yogyakarta. Quantitative method is used to analyze the relationships within variables. This research examined 200 respondents by spreading the online questionnaires that were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model method. Customer loyalty has become a fundamental and crucial focus for any business in the retail food industry. Therefore, every organization concentrating on gaining customer loyalty to extend profits and maintain sustainability within the business arena. This study aims to identify the determinants and their effects on customer loyalty for roadside restaurants in Malaysia. Survey data has been administered using a convenience sample of 248 customers from roadside restaurants located at metropolitan area of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor states in Malaysia. SPSS and AMOS statistical packages were used to validate and test the hypotheses. The study found that customer loyalty is mostly related to the environment of the restaurant and quality of food towards roadside restaurant businesses. Moreover, customer satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between the determinants and customer loyalty. This study contributes to stream an enhanced understanding of the problems and benefits for the roadside restaurant owners to formulate good marketing practices and better customer relationship strategies. Antecedent and Consequences of Customerelight: A Study at Fine Dining Restaurant in Indonesia

This study is to analyze the role of customer delight in mediating the effect of experiential value on Word of Mouth (WOM) on customers of fine dining restaurants in Indonesia. Questionnaires were distributed using purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 250 respondents. The research data were analyzed statistically descriptive using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study found that experiential value variables supported by the dimensions of customer escapism, food and beverage excellence and customer efficiency showed a positive influence on customer delight and on WOM. Restaurants are one of the culinary industries that are experiencing rapid growth. The competition among restaurants has generated a dynamic business model with a variety of menu and service component changes. The integration between food and service served in restaurants plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Food quality is the suitability of food from a restaurant to meet customer expectations. Meanwhile, the quality of service is provided through employees to customers. The study aims to analyze the effect of food quality and service quality on customer behavior intentions in Kimukatsu Restaurant. The study was carried out using the purposive sampling method with a total of 205 respondents. The research data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 program. The results showed that the quality of food and service positively affects customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Consumer satisfaction acts as a mediator between the quality of food and service and between the quality of food and customer behavior intentions.

This study’s primary goals were to look at the antecedent factors influencing customer satisfaction (service quality, food quality, physical environment quality, price fairness, and brand image) and then evaluate the causality between customer satisfaction and loyalty in the fast-food restaurant segment. In this research, 480 questionnaires were delivered to six brand fast-food restaurant customers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, using a self-administered questionnaire method and a convenience sampling methodology, leaving 403 (=83.95 percent) of the total sample size viable for this research. This study aims to offer a model that incorporates both direct and indirect effect of Dining Experience on Loyalty Intentions through Satisfaction and Positive Consumption Emotions of costumer of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in the city of Bekasi, Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the research model utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 software. The objectives of this study were to: 1) identify the characteristics of the customers of Restaurant Nasi Bebek Ginyo, 2) to analyze factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and 3) to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Descriptive Analysis, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Customer Loyalty Index (CLI) were used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that tangible, reliability, food quality, and perceived value had significantly contributed to influencing customer satisfaction. From the estimates of SEM output, the results of CSI for this study were 67.78% and CLI is 58. 11%. The results of the study suggested for managerial implications to increase the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
