This acoustic study aims to describe the characteristics of the Acehnese oral monophthong vowels produced by male and female Pidienese speakers of Acehnese in the Pidie dialect. It employs a purposive sampling technique to select ten respondents, consisting of five male and five female Pidienese speakers, to generate ten target words, which are dit, peut, cut, pét, tet, pôt, cèt, göt, top, and pat.
