The study was a descriptive survey meant to promote effective school-community relationship in S.D.A college of Education, Asokore-Koforidua. Three research questions were used to direct the study after which related literature was reviewed on the study. Questionnaire and interview were the selected instruments for data collection. This makes the study both quantitative and qualitative. The sample for the study was 115 comprising 50 L200 students, 27 L300 students and 23 L400 students of the S.D.A college of Education, Asokore-Koforidua. 7 tutors were selected as well as 5 parents of the Asokore-Koforidua community. The M.C.E of New Juaben North, the Asokore chief, Koforidua and the college principal were chosen for interviews. Percentages and frequencies tables were used for analysis and interpretation of collected data. Responses to the questions were analysed according to the research questions. Based on the findings, recommendations were made that: there should be frequent interaction as well as mutual growth and support, there should be enough education and sensitization. The Asokore -Koforidua community members should be well enlightened about the S.D.A college of Education, what it offers, stands for and what the college seeks to achieve. There should also be identification of needs. The Asokore -Koforidua community should identify the needs of the S.D.A college of Education whereas the S.D.A college of Education should also endeavour to work on the needs of the Asokore-Koforidua community. The community and its leadership can achieve this through regular visits to the college. Tutors and final year students of the college can conduct research to identify the needs of the Asokore-Koforidua
