This study aims to describe the role of principal leadership in decision making, the process of decision-making by the principal, as well as factors that support the role of principal leadership in decision making. This research uses qualitative approach. Sources of data used in this study are principals, teachers and personnel kependidiikan. Data analysis used in this research through data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this research are (a) role of principals in role of decision process that is role of regulatife, democratic, and persuasive; (b) the decision-making process conducted by the principal of the workshop, identifying problems, alternative problem solving, determining the alternatives chosen and decision making; (c) factors that support the principal's leadership in decisionmaking ie all parties are open to the problems facing the school and provide freedom of opinion in decision-making.

This study aims to describe the types of decision-making in school-based schools, the role of principals as leaders in decision-making at boarding schools, school principals in decision-making at boarding schools and the obstacles and solutions of school principals in decision-making in school-based boarding school. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. While the procedure for collecting data in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results obtained from this study are: (1) the types of decisions in the boarding school-based schools are in two categories, namely the decisions of the principal and decisions of the caregiver of the foundation; (2) the role of the principal as a leader in making decision-making at the boarding school-based school is that there are two roles that are carried out, namely as the absolute decision maker in the academic field of the school and the liaison role between the school and the foundation; (3) principals' procedures for making decisions at boarding schools based on: conducting leadership meetings, carrying out draft analysis of planning, submitting to the foundation (if the decision is related to the foundation), alternative decision-making, selected alternatives, and implementing decisions; (4) the type of leadership of the principal in making decisions in boarding school-based schools is: democratic, authoritarian and familial; and (5) school principals' constraints and solutions in decision making at boarding schools based on: first, there are guidelines from foundations that narrow down the decision-making movements in schools so that when making decisions the principal always tries to be guided by the rules that have been made from foundation. Secondly, foundation decisions that are difficult to carry out on the ground and the solution to the school remains as much as possible carrying out decisions that come directly from the foundation. Third, the existence of pros and cons related to the implementation of new decisions was decided at school so that the school principal always provided information and explanations regarding the decisions recently decided on for the school.

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan sebuah wacana tentang praktik pengambilan keputusan yang selama ini dijalankan, terutama untuk kasus-kasus yang di mana nilai-nilai kebajikan saling bersinggungan, atau untuk kasus-kasus dilema etika yang sama-sama benar di kecamatan Gubeng Kota Surabaya. Penelitian yang digunakan mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian menunjukkan unsur dalam pengambilan keputusan yaitu berpihak pada murid, berdasarkan nilai-nilai kebajikan universal, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap segala konsekuensi dari keputusan yang diambil telah dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikperan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan disiplin kerja guru yang bertugas di MAN 1 Banyuasin Kecamatan Banyuasin III Kabupaten Banyuasin, mendeskripsikan disiplin kerja guru yang bertugas di MAN 1 Banyuasin Kecamatan Banyuasin III Kabupaten Banyuasin Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan dengan mereduksi data, mendisplay data dan memperivikasi data. Program guru penggerak merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan konsep etika yang dijelaskan dalam modul guru penggerak yang berkaitan dengan pengambilan keputusan. Riset ini menggunakan metode tinjauan library research atau studi pustaka. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship of decision making with accountability. This study was conducted in private school in the area Catholic Education Council of the Archdiocese of Jakarta (Majelis Keuskupan Agung Jakarta). The research method used was survey by correlation approach. Sample size 67 school principals. The finding of the research: there is a positive relation of rational decision making with accountability. Recommendation for increasing the accountability of school principals is the development of rational decision making abilities through the authority’s mandate and the principles of autonomy, and the application of the principle of accountability of school principals as educational management. Education is a form of human use to foster someone towards a better direction in accordance with the values in society and culture. In the world of education there are so many differences that we need to understand so that later we can be in line, every human being has a different opinion, so form these differences it can be foster a conflict in social life, but, differences can also build someone to be more advanced in the tuture. In an organization at school conflict has a major influence on eduvational activites which will laterimpact on students, then when a conflict occurs a leader (head of school) must be able to overcome all exisiting conflict in order to maintain enviroment peace and protect the good name of the school. The focus of this reseacrh is how the role of the madrasah principal in dealing with resources the conflict that occured at SDSUlul Albab? With the aim of finding out what carried out by the head of the madrasah in dealing with the source of the conflict that accured at SDS Ulul Albab. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The location of this research is SDS Ulul Albab Jember. By using date collection tehniques by observation, interviews, and documentaion. This research resulted in several things that became an effort that must be done head of madrasah in handling the conflict that occured, firts: providing understanding to teacher regarding existing regulations. Second: conducting coaching activities, training so that teachers can provide the best for students. Third: principal selecting the ambiguous background reagrding the education, and also how the comitment is to all students. Fourth: reprimand the teacher when making mistakes and give advice to be more familiar with the existing regulation.
