This study investigates the impact of a nurse-patient interaction training program on the well-being and medical recovery of patients in a Critical Care Unit. A total of 18 nurses and 120 patients participated in the program, which included various training methods aimed at enhancing nurse behaviors that promote patient comfort and satisfaction. Results indicated significant improvements in perceived well-being and recovery metrics for patients whose nurses underwent the training, suggesting its effectiveness and feasibility in healthcare settings, especially in developing countries.
