The problem in this study was students’ aggressive behavior . This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-control and aggressive behavior of XI grade students of SMA Negeri 6 Metro in academic year 2018/2019. Research method used in this study was quantitative research . The populationsof this research were 250 students and the samples were 64 students taken by simple purposive sampling technique. The data were collected from self-control scale and aggressive behavior scale. The data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation . The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between self-control and aggressive behavior with a correlation coefficient of r count = -0,696 > r table = -0.246 and significance level of 0.05; therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.
