In accord with the good practices, this paper presents a conceptual framework for IT Governance, where four levels of the organization: TICs, support applications, architecture / IT and business model are structured, incorporating domains of COBIT 4.1 and CMMI for evaluating maturity levels. Implementation guidance is designed to establish criteria for applying IT Governance framework and its validation starts from the year 2012 in different productive sectors of the province of Ocaña and its hinterland. Through the implementation and evaluation of the proposed model for companies where standards like COBIT 5.0 and ISO / IEC 38500 are incorporated. For this work, a descriptive methodology is used to identify the presented models.
