As for the purpose of this research is: 1. To know the description of leadership role and teamwork of the employees performance at BKD Kota Pematangsiantar. 2. To know the influence of leadership and teamwork of employees performance at BKD Kota Pematangsiantar. This research was done with field research design and library research. As for the population used by the author in this research is as much as 43 correspondents, that is employees at BKD Kota Pematangsiantar. The data collection was done with questionnaire, interview, documentation and observation. This research aimed to examine the relationship between team cone siveness and seff efficacy togetherly with the achievement of the water polo team, whereas the specifics goals to be sought are : (1 J the relation ship between cohesiveness and the achievement of the water polo team, (2) the. relationship between self efficacy and tne team achievement, (3) the differences between cohesiveness degree and self efficacy of each water polo team. The subject-of the research were water polo athletes taking part in National Games (PON) XV in the year of 2000 in Surabaya comprising 65 people. The method and the instrument used are questionnaire method modified Likert scale. The team cohesion questionnaire (TCQ) instru ment is used to find out the team cohesiveness. Additionally, self effi cacy scale contructed tram the Bandura theory is employed ta figure out self etficaccy. The computation using regression analysis in the value of R= 0,951 (p < 0, 05). It implies that the there exist a positif and significant relation ship between team cohesiveness as well as self efficacy along with achievement at water polo team. Product moment analysis is carried out of seek the relationship between team cohesiveness and the team achievement resulting in the value of r = 0,973, whereas the relationship between self efficacy and the achievement of water polo team meet the value of r = 0,975. Based on the one-way varian analysis, the significant difference (F = 19, 117) of the team cohesiveness as well as self efficacy (F = 26,542) of each water polo team is revealed.

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of Leadership Behavior and Work Teams towards Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance. This research was conducted at the employees of Regional Secretariat in North Lombok Regency. The sampling technique used is census sampling, where all of the population members to be sampling and using 160 respondents. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Faktor-faktor Kepemimpinan & Kerjasama Tim : , yaitu: SDM, Organisasi, Produktivitas , dan Efektivitas Suatu Studi Literatur Manajemen Sumber daya Manusia. "Literature Review Paper" ini mengkaji teori-teori dan artikel-artikel ilmiah dari jurnal-jurnal bereputasi yang bekaitan dengan tema-tema dari Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang berbasis Outcome Base Education(OBE) untuk menghasilkan kerangka konseptual (conceptual framework) untuk riset selanjutnya (tesis). Berdasarkan pengalaman empirik banyak mahasiswa dan dosen muda juga peneliti lainnya, kesulitan untuk mencari artikel pendukung dalam riset sebagai penelitian terdahulu atau sebagai penelitian yang relevan. Artikel sebagai peneliti yang relevan di perlukan untuk memperkuat teoti yang di teliti, untuk melihat hubungan antar variable dan membangun hipotesis, juga sangat diperlukan pada bagian pembahasan hasil penelitian. Secara rinci tujuan dari penulisan "Literature Review Paper" ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antaravariable exogen (X1, X2, X3, X4) terhadap variable endogen (Y).

Kerjasama Tim Memediasi Dampak Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Transaksional Terhadap Kinerja Kerja

The purposes of this study are: a) to examine whether transformational and transactional leadership positively affect teamwork positively; b) to examine whether teamwork directly and positively affects job performance; c) to examine whether transformational and transactional leadership directly and positively affect job performance. A sample of this study is consisted of 121 leaders who work in 17 private companies operating in the city of Bandung. Two of five hypotheses were supported, which hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). There are some findings of this study. First, transformational leadership positively affects teamwork, but transactional leadership does not affect it. Second, teamwork does not affect job performance. Third, transformational leadership directly affects job performance, but transactional leadership does not affect it. The implications of this research was discussed as well as suggestions for future research.

Police Unit is one of the Bandung City Regional Apparatus Organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of interpersonal communication and leadership style on teamwork performance. The research method used is the descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 855 people while the sample was 100 people who were the Civil Service Police Unit. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) influence on Team Work Performance (Variable Y) of 58.7%.
