To test the dependence between the progression of the sport results (ended with the Polish records in the junior category in 10 and 20 km) and the training loading complied in the beginning years of the training of two Polish Olympic contestants in the sport walking (G.S.'s VII th place in 50 km and B.K.'s XII th place in 20 km). Is any directly proportional dependence between the result pace of the sport walking in 10 and 20 km ended with the polish records in the junior category in both distances and the training structure and quantity and intensity of the training loading. Quality of sports training and the biological adaptation of athletes to race walking

The aim of the presented work is to describe the different trends in race walkers training and the biological adaptation of the body to the applied stresses, and to characterize the other phenomena accompanying this sport. The article is equally concerned with the scientific premises as well as the practical training indications. For a deeper characterization of the discussed problems, the biological considerations that underpin the selection of people to practice race walking are broadly described. It has been shown that diagnostic test that reveal the overall exercise potential of the body are useful tools in this area, and its specific development is related to the use of balanced training in which the most difficult part is to strive for optimal mastery of the sport walking technique. Economical walking is defined by the steady state of oxygen consumption with top speed and technique in competition is one of the most important factors to achieve higher performance for Pedestrians. The technique of race walking which is defined by World Athletics race walking competitions rules 230.54.2 not a naturally obtained human skill as normal walking and running of childhood. The purpose of the study was to analyze the association and relation of race velocity with aerobic capacity and kinematic properties. Top 10 race walkers of 10000m race walk discipline (Men-U 20), from 33 rd National Junior Athletic Championships, Nov, 2017 held at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Vijaywada, A. P. India were digitized as the subject. For kinematic analysis, athletes were recorded as they passed through halfway 4.55 KM at back straight on the 400 m track by using two standard digital HD camcorders (Nikon B700, 60Hz) mounted on rigid tripods 90° angle 4 m away from the track inside & outside where reference volume was 5 m long and 1.5 m high. Whereas to measure Vo 2 Max athletes' performance were taken as they passed through 1.5 miles or 2414.02 m on the track. The video data were analyzed by using motion analysis software (KINOVEA). Descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment Correlation coefficient (p<0.05) were employed for statistical calculation. The tabulation of data was done by using the IBM SPSS software. The result of the study showed that the correlation between race performance and VO 2 max was quite high, r (8df) = 0.726. A Strong relationship was found between step length and RW performance, i.e. r (8df) = 0.689. Whereas variables like, flight time, linearity, maximum knee and foot height of swing leg were positively correlated with the walking performance. A high degree positive association was located in the torso and pelvic displacement r = 0.768 & 0.804 respectively. In toe off phase "r" value of knee angle with performance was 0.742 that showed a high degree coefficient of correlation. Whereas at heel contact and mid stance phase a low degree negative correlation found (r =-0.489&-0.406). Most of the calculated "r" values were significant as the critical value of 8 df at 0.05 level is 0.631. Due to the direct association of race walking velocity (Mean = 3.427 m/s & SD = 0.235) with VO 2 max, step length, knee angle, torso & pelvic displacement may be this type of result found indifferent phases. Race walking performance was positively associated with the race walking economy (kinematic and physiologic variables), which implies that the fastest race walkers were more economical than the lesser performers. In relation to RW technique and forward propulsion, displacement of torso and pelvic region observed a significant role.

Trends and effort distribution of men's 50 km race walking
Race walking has been a highly technical event in the Olympic games since 1908. In the whole history of the discipline, the rules of walking define the technique and respectively the result. Since the last change of the rules in 1996, the results in 50 km race walking have constantly developed. No matter the facts, the Olympic committee made the decision to change the race distance to 35 km. The aim of the research is to find reasons why they did this by analyzing the effort distribution of elite race-walking competitors in major championships. Tasks of the research are: 1) To analyze the development of the results in world championships; 2) To research some trends in effort distribution of elite race walkers. Methods: To accomplish the task of the research we made literature review and statistical analyses of the data of the last five major championships. Result: The champions have greater average speed than the other athletes. All of the first ten competitors have negative splits e.g. faster second half of the race but the medalists are the only athletes that maintain speed that is similar to their average in the last 10-15 km. The leaders in the ranking have slower starting splits than the other walkers. Conclusion: Better results can be achieved if the athlete starts a little bit slower than the average speed and steadily increases it till the end of the race as much as possible.

Aim. The main purpose of this study is to analyse the training loads of a competitive marathoner, the Polish marathon record holder. The analysis is based on 2 mesocycles with a duration of 8 weeks of the preparatory phase, guided by two different coaches. Moreover, another crucial issue included in the study is the comparison of the training framework and training loads during particular weeks. Materials and methods. The practical implementation of the theory is provided with the use of research material from an Olympian, who is also the Polish marathon record holder, in the form of his workout logs. The content of the workout logs includes 2 marathon mesocycles, each with a duration of 8-week preparatory phases. Results. Analysis of the volume of training loads in the 8-week mesocycle shows diversity between the two studied marathon preparatory phases. Considering the efficacy based on the race results, it should be said that the workout plan by the first coach turned out to be more beneficial for the marathoner. Conclusions. It should be state that it is the general running endurance which should be the main workout element of every elite runner. An increased number of kilometres definitely conduces the achievement of satisfactory marathon results. Moreover, one should bear in mind that most of the marathon work should be done regarding oxygen balance.
ABSTRACT The athletics events have special specifications and requirements. Some of these events are games of track and field, middle distance running like (1500 m running), which plays the private bearing (speed and power bearing) plays a major role in the completion of this event, especially the follow-up of these qualities in each session of the race to get to know the strengths and weaknesses points at each runner. The importance of research is the design of curriculum for trainings with additional weights codified according to the body weight of the runner to develop speed, power and some of the kinematical variables and achievement of the effectiveness of the 1500 running. The problem with research is that a lot of coaches neglect the additional training weights (weighting) even if used by some coaches, they are widely used and does not fit with the athletes weights. The most important results is that the effects of prepared exercises significant and positive effects for some kinematical variables which is represented by the step length and a length of time (50 m) for the members of the research sample. Also non- significant effects appeared for some the kinematical variables which represented with the frequency of each step of each cycle among the members of the research sample.
