Some coupled fixed point theorems in partially ordered S-metric spaces

In this paper, we prove some fixed point results using mixed weakly monotone property and altering distance function in the setting of S-metric space. Our result generalizes the result of Lakshmikantham and Ciric [V. Lakshmikantham and L. Ciric, Coupled common fixed point theorems for nonlinear contractions in partially ordered metric spaces, Nonlinear Analysis, 70, (2009), 4341-4349].

Common Fixed Points of ϕ-Almost Contractive g-Monotone Maps in Ordered S-Metric Spaces

In this paper, we prove the existence and uniqueness of common fixed points of g-monotone maps in partially ordered complete S-metric spaces. The results presented in this paper generalize the results of Dung, Heieu and Radojević [10] in S-metric spaces. We provide examples to demonstrate the validity of our results.

C-class functions on some coupled fixed point theorems in partially ordered S-metric spaces

In this article, we introduce a new and special type of contraction to prove a common coupled …xed point results in partially ordered S-metric space with the help of auxiliary function. To prove our result, we have utilize the notion of altering distance function and mixed weakly monotone property of maps. To demonstrate applicability of main result, some corollaries are given.

Some fixed point results without monotone property in partially ordered metric-like spaces

The purpose of this paper is to obtain the fixed point results for F-type contractions which satisfies a weaker condition than the monotonicity of self-mapping of a partially ordered metric-like space. A fixed point result for F-expansive mapping is also proved. Therefore, several well known results are generalized. Some examples are included which illustrate the results.

Coupled fixed point theorems in partially ordered G-metric spaces

We prove some coupled fixed point theorems for nonlinear contractive mappings having the mixed monotone property in partially ordered G-metric spaces. The results on fixed point theorems are generalizations of the recent results of Choudhury and Maity [B.S. Choudhury, P. Maity, Coupled fixed point results in generalized metric spaces, Math. Comput. Modelling 54 (2011) 73 – 79].

Matthews 1994 introduced a new distance p on a nonempty set X, which is called partial metric. If X, p is a partial metric space, then p x, x may not be zero for x ∈ X. In the present paper, we give some fixed point results on these interesting spaces.
