Digital content in the changing times in building a digital ecosystem is of course also supported by healthy internet behavior, these two things are important and cannot be separated. The internet has opened various information doors that contain various contents, both positive content and negative content. If we don't have provision in how to use it, the internet will become a scourge for its users. Therefore debriefing and creating positive content is important, providing continuous education to every user and content creator, so that they have good literacy in using digital technology, making the internet part of an effective and positive learning tool. Digital content will act like currency in a digital social education environment, various communications will be represented by playing or utilizing digital content. Of course, digital content delivery modes in the future will become easier, cheaper, faster and more varied as capacity (bandwidth) develops or increases, devices are more innovative, and it is also easy to get cloud-based applications and storage space. The expectations of the current generation will be different from previous generations, they will need the practice of sharing experiences through digital content including learning content, various digital communication media will become richer with knowledge sources and digital content. Presently, traditional educational approaches have resulted in a mismatch between what is taught to the students and what the industry needs. As such, many institutions are moving towards ICT and multimedia resources as a solution to producing graduates who are creative, can think critically and analytically, and are able to solve problems. This research focus on identify the type of ICT and multimedia resources available in teaching and learning in selected tertiary institutions in Zaria, exploring the level of satisfaction of teaching and learning with ICT and multimedia resources, clarifying the level of ICT and multimedia teachings for motivating the students to learn a subject, investigating the level of ICT and multimedia teaching effectiveness in classroom teaching. Moreover, The research also consist some of the ICT medium of teaching and communications such as e-books as the future of scholarly communications, e-reading, participatory learning, distance and online teaching, massive online open courses, re-engineering teaching and learning in Nigerian universities using ICT and multimedia systems, ICT and multimedia research in the university systems, potential benefits of ICT and multimedia teaching system, overview of strategic plan of ICT and multimedia in education sector in Nigeria, multimedia authoring in macromedia director, assessment criteria, and some the problems militating against full adoption and utilization of ICT and multimedia resources in teaching and learning in selected tertiary institutions in Zaria. Furthermore, the research conducted case study approach and survey strategy, the result presented in tabular and figures using simple statistic of frequency and percentage. Summary of findings, conclusions, and recommendation for better adoption and useful utilization of ICT and multimedia resources is also been given.
A Study to Assess Impact of Multimedia in Teaching Learning Process among School Students

Introduction: Teaching aids arouse the interest of learners and help the teachers to explain the concepts easily. Undoubtedly, multimedia are those instructional aides which are used in the classroom to encourage teaching learning process. Methodology: Qualitative Approach used in this study with Action Research Design. Setting th was Apex School, Rohtak, Haryana. Sample size-25school students of 8 class of Apex School. Purposive Sampling techniques were used. Result: The Mean attitude Score was 10.12. The attitude scores regarding use of multimedia in teaching learning process-Were higher in students aged 13-14 years compare to students who aged 11-12 aged. Were higher in male students compare to female students. Were higher in who got information through Family & Friends compare to Mass Media and school teacher. There is a significant association between the school student's attitudes towards use of multimedia in teaching learning process with selected socio-demographic variables. Conclusion: So it is concluded that there is need of proper guidelines at regular interval of time in order to update, motivate and encourage students to participate
the Development of computer based learning media
The aim of this study was to develop computer-based learning media in order to overcome the difficulties of students in understanding interaction in ecosystem topic and to know the effect of the learning media on learning outcome of students. This study was consisted of two stages. The first stage was developmental stage that followed Dick and Carey (2001) model which has assessed during validation process in order to get the feasibility on material and media aspect using questionnaire. Validation result showed that all of assessment aspect had been very good category. The aspect of assessment that valued by material expert were material, readability, and media program interaction; by media expert were navigation button, grafity, readability, and media program interaction; by small group testing were navigation button, grafity, readability, media program interaction, material and usage; by big group testing were material, grafity and usage. The second stage was implementation stage to see the effect of learning media on learning outcome of students. Population was all of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Medan. Sample was consist of two classes. Based on the calculation of t-test, tcount = 6.555> ttable = 2.405 at the level significance of 0.01, means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the result, it can be conclude that there is an effect of computer-based learning media on students' learning outcome. Overall, computer-based learning media gave good effect to students' learning outcome in interaction in ecosystem topic for grade VII SMP Negeri 3 Medan academic year 2013/2014.
Advantages, challenges encountered and attitude of teachers in utilizing multimedia in the classroom
The main objective of the study is to determine the advantages, challenges encountered and attitudes of UPHSL College Faculty in utilizing multimedia in the classroom. Descriptive correlational method was used to see whether there is a link or association between the variables of interest. The study found out that utilizing multimedia in the classroom is a great way to improve student learning, because it allows them to engage with text in a very visual way and it helps different learners meet their learning needs.Technological resources, both hardware and software needed in preparing lessons, funds and ample time allocated in preparing the lessons were some of the problems encountered by the respondents inutilizing multimedia in the classroom. The respondents had a very positive attitude in utilizing multimedia in the classroom.The respondents' attitude in utilizing social media in the classroom has no bearing on the advantages of utilizing multimedia in the classroom. The respondents' attitude in utilizing social media in the classroom has no bearing on the challenges they encountered in utilizing multimedia in the classroom.

In the current scenario of educational institutions, multimedia has dig up its own kind of space in some or the other way as a tool of educational technology. Multimedia has overcome the barriers of time and space and provides evidence to be accepted as an anytime and anywhere tool for educating multi-disciplinary masses. The process of knowledge acquisition becomes more efficient when the learners experience an event through a multimedia simulation. Multimedia technology empowers the educational process by means of increased interaction between teachers and the students. Apart from the fact that multimedia can provide educators and students with endless possibilities of quality teaching and learning, taking vital considerations of the pedagogical strengths and limitations of Multimedia, it can be used to its fullest potency, and reach the eminence of ‘New Educational Technology tool’.
