This research discuss the entrepreneurship models and its teaching strategy in Sidogiri Islamic boarding school Pasuruan through qualitative method. The finding shows that (1) entrepreneurship values are integrated as religious activities in which any economic activities is part it and intended for God; (2) under the control of boarding school head, the education proses on entrepreneurship is giving the student attempt to organized economic sector in the boarding school.

Islamic boarding school is an educational institution that has a strategic role and function to create quality human resources not only in the religious field but also in the field of entrepreneurship. The strategy for developing entrepreneurship education in Islamic boarding schools really needs to be implemented. Based on the research objectives, the strategy used was a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In this research, the manager of the Hidayatullah Daik Lingga Islamic Boarding School acted as an informant. The results of implementing good management strategies starting from preparation, training, processing and supervision have provided positive results in improving and developing the entrepreneurial sector at the Hidayatullah Daik Lingga Islamic Boarding School. These include, firstly, through strategies such as Human Resources, secondly, land processing in the agricultural and livestock sectors, and thirdly, optimizing training in the fields of sewing, packaging and marketing. However, the implementation of this strategy still faces many obstacles, such as a shortage of experts, limited land and equipment, and inadequate time management.

Several findings showed that entreprenuership has an important role for state economic growth. Poverty and unemployment issues should be resolved by developing the entreprenuership culture. As the institution that has been strong trusted in communities, pondok pesantren has a potential to develop the enrepreneurhsip culture. This empowerment model is emphasized on involvement of all stakeholders, so that it can be integrated and multisectoral. Role of government, community, private sector, and university are very important to support a successful of this empowerment model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui konsep pendidikan entrepreneurship di pesantren; pelaksanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship; dampak pendidikan entrepreneurshipdi pesantren; problematika yang dihadapi dan solusi untuk mengatasinya.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study).
