Abs trac t The issue of the corona virus disease (Covid-19) has an impact on many aspects of life in Indonesia, one of which is in the field of education. Based on the circular of the Ministry of Education and Culture number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education in the Emergency Period of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19), one of which calls for all school learning activities to be carried out through networks or online at their respective homes. This learning is mostly done through the whatsapp application communication media. This study aims to analyze the communication skills between teachers and students of the Nurul Hidayah Private Elementary School and 12 Medan Denai Elementary School in the context of learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data techniques used were observation and observation. The informants are teachers, students and parents of students who act as companions for their children in learning courage. The analysis technique uses an interactive model proposed by Miles, Hubberman and Saldana where there are 4 stages of the first way of using data, second is data sorting, third is data presentation, and fourth is data retrieval. The results showed that whatsapp was a very helpful medium of communication because it was easy and cheap. Although some parents still lack internet quota purchases and some don't have smartphones, in total other parents think WhatsApp is the right medium. Then, the communication that exists between teachers and students is still not effective. There are many complaints from parents who are confused in accompanying their children to study, even the parents' admission that the learning process in accompanying their children can cause stress due to difficulties in communicating with children. The learning system provided by the teacher is deemed ineffective because in the end it is parents and their children who communicate in learning. Meanwhile, the teacher only acts as a facilitator in providing material in the form of documents for self-study and assignments. The rest, how to do the assignment until collecting it back is the job of the parents.

This study discusses about whatsapp (WA) alternatives media to overcome learning problems in COVID 19 situation. The research was implemented at IAIN Takengon Semester IVth PGMI Class. This research is motivated by learning that stopped due to the COVID 19 epidemic, understanding of technological advances that are still limited in remote areas of the Indonesian homeland, whatsapp as a medium used by the public, in general, has spread throughout the groundbreaking homeland. In this situation, Indonesia which currently does not have many fields that are challenges in life, one of which is the field of education. After the Covid-19 virus entered Indonesia, the government issued a policy to dismiss the entire network so that the covid-19 virus did not spread more widely in Indonesia. In line with this the government announced that learning was carried out remotely or learning from home online. And the learning process is also done online using digital media consisting of learning videos released by the Ministry of Education and Culture and broadcast on one television station. Not only a number of educational applications that participate in supporting distance learning such as the Teacher's Room, Quipper, and others that can be used for this distance learning process of stitching. The purpose of this study is to study the use of digital media in learning during special pandemics for elementary school children. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method in which researchers analyze a phenomenon and put it in the form of a description. The data collection used by research is to study literature or study documentation by finding information in journals, articles, books, and various other references to support the research. From this paper, there is a lot of information that can be used as a reference for learning elementary school children if conditions occur as they are today.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, penilaian dalam pembelajaran dan hambatan serta solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam pembelajaran matematika yang dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi WhatsApp di masa pandemi covid-19. Pelaksanaan penelitian di SDN Plosogeneng 1 Jombang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. This study aimed to investigate the phenomenon about Whatsaap a solution of remote teaching limitation during Pandemic COVID-19 in Tunas Mekar Kindergarten Tegaljadi Village. This study find out perceptions of teachers and parents regarding the effectiveness of Whastapp as solution of remote teaching interaction between teacher and children during Pandemic COVID-19 in Tunas Mekar Tegaljadi Village, and to determine the perception of teacher and parents why Whatsapp able to resolve some problem of remote teaching and online learning during this Pandemic in Tunas Mekar Tegaljadi Village. It used a qualitative descriptive method using observation sheets and interview guides to teachers and parents. As for the results, first, Whatsapp is effective for the some problem of remote teaching especially in teacher and children interaction. Second, according to the perceptions of teachers and parents, Whatsaap can be more easily accessed and used at low cost, adequate network quality, flexible in time and place when interacting, and easy to insert various documents both audio, visual, audio-visual, and links that connect other applications.

Dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 pembelajaran disekolah menjadi terhambat, dan salah satunya adalah pelajaran PPPKN. Alternatif yang digunakan guru PPPKN di SMA YAS Sindangkerta dalam pembelajaran adalah dengan menggunakan media WhatsApp. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media WhatsApp selama masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap pelajaran PPPKN di SMA YAS Sindangkerta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, serta pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 siswa dengan keseluruhan populasi yaitu kelas XII yang berjumlah 217 siswa . Hasil penelitian dilihat dari Uji Hipotesis t yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi penggunaan media WhatsApp pada tabel coeffifiens sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih memberikan dampak positif dalam kehidupan termasuk dalam kegiatan komunikasi. Aplikasi Whatsapp termasuk aplikasi yang paling banyak digunakan pada masa sekarang. Semua tingkatan umur dan profesi sudah tidak asing lagi dengan penggunaan Whatsapp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik penggunaan WhatsApp dan mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial grup WhatsApp pada orang tua dan guru PAUD sebagai media komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan, mencatat, menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan kondisi yang sedang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial grup Whatsapp di PAUD sangat besar. Selain berfungsi untuk menyampaikan informasi, grup WhatsApp juga berfungsi sebagai media diskusi dan media saling berbagi, sebagai media hiburan dan sebagai media yang dapat digunakan orang tua untuk memantau anak saat di sekolah.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama terhadap penggunaan aplikasi WhatsApp dalam pembelajaran online selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini 20 orang guru di SMPN 1 Labuapi Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi dengan menggunakan berbagai instrumen, khususnya kuesioner dan wawancara tertulis dengan subjek penelitian. Latar Belakang: Tingginya perilaku penggunaan gawai dan media sosial mempengaruhi aktifitas fisik pada anak dan remaja. Terjadi kecenderungan peningkatan penggunaan internet bahkan pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Fenomena ini mengakibatkan rendahnya aktivitas fisik yang merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya gizi lebih pada anak yang dapat berdampak terjadinya gangguan metabolik saat dewasa. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dan obesitas pada anak sekolah dasar (SD) kelas 4-6 dengan penggunaan gawai. Metode: Analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang pada anak sekolah dasar negeri (SDN) kelas 4-6 di Jakarta Utara. Pengambilan sampel secara konsekutif.
